I know, I got in trouble in another forum before for saying that Shiek and Zelda are the same person. Hello, that hasn't been a spoiler since Super Smash Bros. Melee was released! I'm pretty sure that everybody and their dog knows that they're the same person, yet I got in trouble when I offhandedly mentioned it!

Yes, it really does happen. One thing that about the game that just bugs me is that the game seems to think that "lawyer" is synonymous with "defense attorney". With them referring to "Lawyers and Prosecutors", it seems they don't get that both sides are called "lawyers", they're just different types of lawyers.
