"When setting up for Jerry's murder, the killer was at the party so that they could hide the fridge. They then left after seeing Jerry leave, restoring the fridge to its prior state so that it would not look suspicious. After killing him, they launched his body sometime after 23:00, which is when many were busy with party cleanup." Keri said, trying to lay the case out in full.

"This leaves only those who were at the party but then left before cleanup. Jack left before Jerry, and can be discounted. Irene and Miss Sawamatsu left together, and can largely be accounted for due to their experiences with the elevator. James, Mitzi and Circe all left together and have... various alibis. Only Alex is left, assuming none of this logic is faulty. So then... what are we to make of this?"

"Well, the only problem I have with it is that if Bry Guy could sneak out then there's nothing to say somebody couldn't sneak in....but yeah the logic seems to hold up otherwise."

"I have been thinking, while Jerry's body was being raised on the pulley, no-one would have been able to see it. The elevator shaft running down the building would mean there are no windows on that vertical strip anyway. I suppose this also must mean the window he impacted was off to one side - perhaps he was launched at an angle, which would be why he missed the first time."
