Ruby looked unnaturally pale, and her breathing grew heavy as she leaned onto her podium for support.

"Oh my god, this is actually happening... H-Holy crap, Mister Stakes is dead, and-- and someone killed him, and... oh, god..."

She sniffled and wiped a tear away from her eye, a pained smile forming on her face.

"A-Anyway!" she tried to chirp, but it came out more like a croak. "Um... I got at the bar at 12:44, and Roxie and Luke were there. We talked for a bit, and while Roxie was getting drinks for us, Dale came in and, uh, wanted to make sure our little party was safe. So... he poured us some glasses while Roxie drank straight from the bottle, and eventually, we decided to play darts. Dale left before the game started, said he wasn't very good at it, and went through the kitchen after promising to come back with more food."

She took a breath and steadied herself again as she continued to talk.

"We played darts for a while, and at 1:00, things got a little heated. Roxie and Luke's scores were super duper close. Luke, uh, threw the dart, but tripped and missed the board and accidentally shattered a glass bottle. I went to sweep it up, and Roxie turned a radio she had with her on. It was, uh, really loud. We asked her to turn it down, but she didn't. Um, anyway, after a while, Luke apparently heard something and went to go check it out, used his staff key to open the door, aaaaand... wham! Dale came out, but not in the progressive way."

"Apparently, Dale was in the gift shop, though he said his goal was to safety-proof the kitchen, whatever that means. So someone pushed him into the kitchen as he opened the door to it, and his key was left in that reader thing, along with the supplies he was gonna use to safety-proof it. Um, what else... Oh! We cleaned up the party afterwards -- well, me, Luke, and Dale cleaned while Roxie stayed out of it. Around 1:20, we heard a thud come from the game room next door, and I tried to open the door, but it was locked! Wouldn't open. So since Luke was with us, we went through the kitchen after he opened it, and... that's it! That's my alibi."

"As for my investigation with Adel and Ramon, Adel checked the supply closet, which was neat, maintained, and orderly! He also said it was comfy, but that's Adel for ya. I investigated the staff room, where I found wrappers in the garbage and dishes in the sink, but we decided that it wasn't used in the murder. Aaaand Ramon investigated Hugh's office, but what was weird was that it was open. Only Hugh or Lucy should've been able to access it... Uh, anyway, we didn't find anything too noteworthy in there. That's... about it, really. I really don't wanna do this, b-but I guess we don't have a choice..."

Dale with a tear in his eye began speaking. "What a fool I am, I should have been more vigilant and have prepared for anything." Dale closed his eyes and shed that single tear.

"To begin my summery of what I had been doing before this atrocity occurred, first I inspected the party to check for any safety concerns that may have been present as some of you can attest to, when offered to play darts I politely declined and began my investigation of the kitchen under the guise that I would be bringing food back, twas not a lie though as I still had planned to bring back said food but I was compelled to insure each and every inch of the kitchen was dangerproofed, as such I moved to the giftshop, I recall it was around 1:00pm."
"I recall hearing moving about the shop but admittedly I ignored it at the time, as such I continued to gathered anything I could to begin my noble duty, with that I moved back to the kitchen, but just when I had opened the door I was pushed into the kitchen by someone, where I fell on the floor and unfortunately my supplies i had gathered were on the other side and my card was in the reader and I had been locked in."
"It took me a moment to compose myself and realize the party was still ongoing and as such banged on the door and called for help to which luke had fortunately heard and freed me, after this me luke and ruby returned to the party to which we began cleaning up around 1:20pm and after all this is when we heard the loud thud."

"With that out of the way ill now begin on the results of my investigation, inside the storage room where the murder occurred I was tasked with the unfortunate duty of investigating the body, interestingly there was chewed up pieces of black plastic mixed in with what was left of poor hugh, and with that concludes my report." Dale took a bow to thank everyone for listening.

"What's so weird about the supply closet being cozy..?" Adel asked, feeling a bit awkward. "I could totally take a nap in there right now. It just would be inappropriate, cause someone just died and all. I think."

He scratched his head and continued.

"Anyways, I was really excited to play some...B-I-N-G-O!"

He triumphantly raised his arms up in the air before continuing.

"So at around 12:40, I met up with Ramen, Great Dragon, and Sam. Hugh arrived about eight minutes later, and then we headed to the bingo room. To play some B-I-N-G-O!"

...

"U-Uh, anyways...the game went on for a while. 1:00 rolled around, and no one was getting any marks! No B4...no SIX9...nothing! It was really boring. There wasn't even a winner when the game ended at 1:15."

"The four of us went out and bumped into Deirdre, the green wood guy, and the bad salesman. They said they were gonna go to the slots again. The weird green guy mentioned that he had a good luck charm, with him. So lucky...I have one too, but I could always use more. Oh, and the weird sales guy whispered something to Sam. It was kind of creepy."

"Eventually, the four of us reached the hotel lobby. I barely saw Myrion enter the south elevator, and about then, Max went to the washroom. So I decided to leave too and went to the 7th floor using the north elevator to go to my room. A-And then..."

He shook a bit, almost artificially nervous. "I-I heard a thud coming from the casino room. I didn't really want anything to do with scary noises, so I finally entered my room. My clock said it was 1:25 when I got in there, and then I heard Lucy make that dumb body announcement...so I went back and used the north elevator again."

"Dios.... Why did it have to be you, Mr. Stakes?" Great Dragon said quietly, looking very pale. "So, someone really had gone and done it...."

He stood there for a few minutes and then... He shakes his head before he clapped his hands onto his cheeks a few times. There was now a serious look in his eyes.

"No! This isn't the time for mourning over someone we just knew!" Great Dragon declared, snapping back to his usual self. "Mr. Stakes, we'll find the bastard who did this to you!"

"As for what Great Dragon did up until Mr. Stakes was found dead..." Great Dragon ponders over this for a moment before he continues to speaks. "Around 12:40pm, Great Dragon met up with Ramon. Together, we went to the casino. We found Sam waiting there alone. We talked for a few minutes, and shortly into the conversation, Adel joined us. We kept talking until Mr. Stakes shown up. That was around 12:48pm. From there, we went to the bingo room to play a simple game of bingo..." The masked wrestler trailed off.

"To sum up how the game of bingo went... It was the worst game of bingo that Great Dragon ever played.... Great Dragon took a quick look at the clock and realized that it's about 1:00pm... Great Dragon wonders if it have only been that long. Anyway, the game of bingo ended at 1:15pm, with no winner. So, after the game was over, Great Dragon asked Mr. Stakes if he's coming with Great Dragon and the others. Mr. Stakes shakes his head no in response to Great Dragon's question. He told us that he have to do a little cleaning and need to use the washroom. He told us that he'll head to the game room. So, Great Dragon and the others left him in the bingo room as we made our way back to the hotel lobby. When we were walking through the hall, we bumped into Deirdre, Woody and Max."

"We made small talk about how bingo went. Deirdre told us that she, Woody and Max are going to play some more slots. After that, we went our way, with Great Dragon's group heading to the hotel lobby. Once we got there, Sam excuses himself to go to the washroom. At that time, Great Dragon realized that, in his current state, Mr. Stakes might struggle to clean up. Great Dragon turns around and was about to go help Mr. Stakes out when Great Dragon heard the loud thud, which came from the game room."

"On the way to the game room, Great Dragon ran into Devin, who just came from trapezoid room four. We then went towards the kitchen and then towards the game room... And well... we all know what happened next." Great Dragon summarized, though he looks really pale, as if he was recalling what happened to Mr. Stakes.

"As for the investigation... Great Dragon, Dale, Sam and Basa were tasked with investigating the game room itself. We investigated the room the best we can, because of..... that." Great Dragon grimaced as he spoke about the investigation results. "Anyway, Great Dragon used the staff key to open the door to the storage room. In there, Great Dragon finds that it's rather disorganized. There were heavy bags of sand leaning against the wall. Great Dragon shared that information with the others. They can tell you about what they found during the investigation." Great Dragon summed up his part of the investigation of the game room.

"Okay, I guess this killing game is real or whatever." Roxie finally admitted. "It'd be pretty damn hard to fake all that shit..." She lets out an annoyed sigh, but otherwise she doesn't seem shaken up. "Now instead of makin' money I've gotta waste my time with this shit. Let's get this over with."

"I guess this is the part where I say my alibi, huh?" She asked. "Fine, here it is."

"I got to the bar at 12:35. I was waiting for some people to show up before I got my party started. 7 minutes passed before Luke showed up. He entered through the the kitchen. The time then was 12:42. We talked for a few minutes and then Ruby showed up as well. Cups and Jenny weren't there, so at that point I hopped the bar and started serving drinks. After that the nerd entered through the kitchen, and then things happened like Luke and Ruby described. No point in repeating that shit again."

"As for the investigation, I was with Jenny and the scummy salesman." She said, shooting a glare at Max. "We had a look around the lobby. I investigated the supply closet, and it was dusty as shit. I was coughing a lot, but I did see some footprints in the dust. So it's possible someone was there recently. Max decided to interrogate the fish in the tank, for some reason. Obviously they didn't say shit, because ya know, they're fucking fish. He found a coin in the fountain too, but we think it was just used by somebody who made a wish. Jenny said nothing else was out of place, everything else was in the right order. And that's about it."

"Of all people, someone went after Stakes..." Deirdre grumbled under her breath. She put out a cigarette that was already down to its butt on her podium, before stuffing her left hand in her pocket. "I guess it's better than after someone weaker, but..."

She sighed. "It doesn't matter. We have to give alibis, right? Well, I was with Woody and Max all day. Everything he said was pretty much what happened. Though, while we were walking to the game room we bumped into Adel, Ramon, Dragon, and Sam, and like Adel said I saw Max whisper something to Sam. I think he was probably just trying to make another sale, but considering a man is dead, I think we deserve a confirmation on that."

"Also, while we were chatting in the break room, Ryleigh left for a few minutes. I don't think that's enough time to set up the scene we found, but, I guess it's worth mentioning. Also..." she trailed off, trying to remember some more details Woody left out. "... Woody got up at one point to get me some more food? I dunno, in hindsight I guess he was being pretty pushy, but that's not relevant."

"We also found a lot of rope in the gift shop. I guess that's what they used to hang Hugh."

With her part said, she turned slightly to her left. "Hey, uh, are you doing alright, Adel? Did you see that scene in the game room...?"

"Oh...yeah...I guess so," Adel said sadly, looking a bit sick. "...T-There's no time to be so down about it, though, if we wanna catch Mr. Hugh's killer! Not only did they take a great man's life, but they also robbed the world of a high-quality mustache..."

"Well, while waiting for the others to talk, I guess I should mention...I think Hugh's statue is what I heard on the elevator? Cause someone broke it, and if it fell down it would make a big...BOOM!"

"Hmmm... The statue of Mr. Stakes looks to be really heavy..." Great Dragon said in response to Adel. "It'd be difficult to knock the statue down... But what if the heavy bags of sand was used to knock the statue over somehow...? If it wasn't the heavy bags of sand, what else could it have been?"

"Yeah, yeah! The sand! ...Oh, uh, actually, that seems a little strange to me..."

He rubbed his shoulder awkwardly, not sure if his initial theory was even correct.

"Well, anyway, we should listen to the others before making any more guesses, I think. Maybe."

"Indeed, it is also important to note that the statue was already toppled when we entered the room leading me to believe someone had likely set it up like a trap somehow with the intent to knock him out or possibly killing him there, with that out of the way he could simply use the bags once more to hoist hugh up with the intent of prepping him for the moment we all entered the room."

"Poor Hugh...He was like a father to me....I loved him like my son..." Myrion said, a sorrowful look on his face.

"That's what people say when someone passes, right? I heard it in a video!" He asks with a smile, not realising that the phrase was, in fact, wrong.

"Anyway...as Deirdre and Woody said, at 12:30 p.m. I was in the staff break room with them, Max and Jenny. The only thing I would consider suspicious is Max saying something to Deirdre, but he also approached me trying to sell something, I think.
Jenny left the room at 12:40...she said something about checking some things and 'our ticket out of here'. Maybe that needs some clarification.

After that, I suggested we all go to the game room but I decided to look around Hugh's office first. He was an interesting human, after all! I didn't stay there for long, though. It was a bit...weird. So I decided to check out the gift shop, when I saw the clock it was 1:10 p.m.
Devin was there, too! I told her we were going to meet up in the game room, if she was interested in joining us. Then I headed to the hotel lobby.

I wanted to meet everyone at the casino but unfortunately, I was running low on battery so I decided to go back to my room. I feel a bit bad about that, since I was the one that proposed the idea...
It was 1:20 p.m. when I arrived at my room. Just as I plugged myself in to charge, I heard that loud thud, but I didn't go anywhere until I heard the announcement.

I think that's it!"

"As for what I found during the investigation...it was a bucket and some pool noodles outside the locked kitchen door. I am assuming these are the supplies that Dale gathered, yes?" He asked.

Ramon was now so pale that he almost matched Sam. Gone, at last, was his bluster, now that he could no longer deny reality. "I... I guess I should talk too, yeah..." he said, just quiet enough that it was a little uncomfortable.

"Great Dragon covered a lot of what happened earlier. I met with him in the lobby, then we headed over to the corridor to the casino to wait. Sam was there. We were... all so happy, back then," he snivelled. "Oh, sorry. Um, so, Hugh collected us at 12:48. He was walking with a crutch, of course. We all made our way to the bingo room for a game. Th-the last game he'd ever run! Pity it was so bad... We stopped at 13:15, as planned, and still no-one had won.

"We all left for the lobby again, though Hugh stayed to clean up and use the washroom. In the connecting corridor we met Deirdre, Woody and Max, who all wanted to play slots. Max whispered something to Sam, for some reason, and seemed pretty happy about it. Once we reached the lobby Sam went off on his own, heading to the washroom. As for me... W-well, destiny called, as destiny does, you know? At least, that happens to me sometimes. The storage closet seemed... special, somehow. I went over to investigate. Even now, I'm sure there's something special about that closet! But when I opened the door all I got was a faceful of dust. Maybe Destiny got her strings crossed... I'm sure if things had gone the way they were meant to, I'd have ended up running into Hugh in time to save him, instead! B-but that didn't happen, this time...

"U-um, anyway, investigations, right? I covered the second floor, along with Ruby and Adel. The supply closet was all neat and stuff, Adel found. He also thought it seemed cozy, or something. Ruby did the staff break room. People had clearly used the place, but it didn't seem murder-related. I, meanwhile, tried the door to Hugh's room, and found it to be unlocked for some reason. Because, you know, only Hugh and Lucy even have keys for it, right? There wasn't really anything in there either... Um, not related to the murder, at least. It was full of Hugh things, though... Awards he'll never again hold, pictures of him when he was still alive... He even had this amazing custom clock, with moustaches for hands! The guy had style... until he was turned into a pile of goop."

"The only problem that Great Dragon see in your logic, Dale... Is that when we investigated the crime scene, we didn't find any bags of sand in the game room, did we? The bags of sand were all in the storage room" Great Dragon said, as he thinks. "Great Dragon think that the bags of sand were put away in the storage room after the statue was knocked down."

"If Hugh was last seen by the end of the bingo game at 1:15, and the statue falling and body discovery happened at 1:20 and 1:25, isn't that... Not enough time?" Deirdre crossed her arms. "Toppling the statue and hanging Hugh doesn't sound easy, even if the guy had a bad leg. Do you think someone was waiting to ambush him, with everything already set up?"

"Hmm, I can only assume they were only used to lift the body up then, and then the killer tied the rope to the statue to keep his body up for when the rope snapped and moved the bags back into storage. of course its also possible the statue alone was used to strangle and lift him up and the bags we never used but its important to cover possibilities just in case."

Great Dragon thinks about it for a moment. "If Mr. Stakes was ambushed in the game room as you said, Deirdre... Hmmm..." He thinks about this for a moment and then he nods. "That seems like a possible scenario... That is if we actually found the crutch that Mr. Stakes was using. But as far as we know, we didn't find Mr. Stakes' crutch while investigating the crime scene. Where did it go?"

"U-u-uhh..." Tsubasa withdrew into her hoodie as she struggled to convey her alibi with some degree of articulation. "I-I was in my r-room... e-except when I wasn't... R-Ryleigh came and asked if I wanted to h-hang out... s-so I said sure... Um, t-that was about 12:30, I t-think... W-we didn't do too much, just k-kinda wandered around and t-talked... I-it was nice..." she added, throwing the girl a little glance before continuing.

"Uhh... W-we went to the lobby and s-sat for a bit... I t-think it was about t-ten minutes later... s-so 12:40... w-we talked for... a-another five minutes maybe... t-then Ryleigh left to get b-bandages... s-she was only gone for like a m-minute, though... um, a-about ten minutes later we s-saw Devin... s-she was k-kind of peeking her head out from the c-casino hall... t-then she just left a f-few minutes later...

"A-after that, Ryleigh wanted to go see H-Hugh's office... yeah..." she trailed off a bit more than usual. "...U-um, so we went there... t-then we realized o-only Hugh and L-Lucy can get in... t-then the door apparently unlocked a-anyway... W-we went in and looked around, b-but... there wasn't much there b-besides a bunch of trophies a-and pictures of Hugh... O-oh, there was a clock... i-it was 1:00..."

She took a few seconds to catch her breath, as if talking this much was tiring her out. "W-we went to the s-staff break room... D-Deirdre and Myrion a-and Max and W-Woody were there... We m-mentioned the office and Myrion l-left to check it out... t-the rest of us t-talk for a bit... um, R-Ryleigh l-leaves for a couple minutes to use the b-bathroom... i-it's about 1:10 when she gets back... t-then everyone else leaves to h-head to the casino to meet up with M-Myrion... oh, d-did I mention that...? H-He said he'd meet them there... A-anyway, Ryleigh and I j-just hang out f-for a bit and look for s-snacks... T-that's about when we heard t-the sound from the casino... s-so we left to see what it w-was..."

An awkwardly long pause followed before Tsubasa blinked. "O-oh, right, t-the investigation... y-yeah... umm, t-the doors to the bar a-and that t-trapezoid room were j-jammed with some metal p-pipes... t-that's about all I found..."

"Oh, right! The crutch!" Deirdre said, remembering something. Or, rather, being informed by the GMs of something. "We found Hugh's crutch on the floor of the bingo room. That's kinda weird, now that I think about it. Could he even walk without it?"

"You'd be right about that." Sam crossed his arms, but instead of seeming shocked or disgusted, he looked angry. Angry to the point it was surprising he didn't cause someone to spontaneously combust or have electricity to spark randomly. But humans didn't have that kind of power!

"But before I get to that, I should start this properly. I am just as sad as the rest of us, as I was hoping for more players in my campaign, but there's nothing to do about that now." He ordered his thoughts, inhaling deeply to clear his mind.

"At around 12:40 PM, I was loitering around outside the bingo room, waiting for Hugh and any other players to show up when Ramon and Great Dragon came around. We talked for a minute about inconsequential things, especially when Adel joined us, and then, when Hugh rejoined us at 12:48, we went to play the worst game, bingo or otherwise, I have ever played.

"I remember glancing up at the clock and realizing it was only 1:00 PM, despite how long it felt like it had taken to reach that point. The game ended with no winner which, frankly, was disappointing. If someone had won, we would've been out of there that much sooner." He snorted with disgust, then continued.

"After the game ended, Great Dragon did ask whether Hugh wanted to come with us as we returned, only for him to refuse, as he would only slow us down. Afterward, we met up with Deirdre, Max, and Woody; Deirdre and Woody mentioned they were going to go play slots to make some money back, while Max seemed to have no such inclination. As for what he whispered to me, he simply wanted to make a deal, nothing more." Though he really wasn't sure he wanted to make a deal with the man... no matter. He could at least hear him out.

"Once we reached the hotel lobby, I realized I had a sudden and vital need to use the bathroom. The time was... 1:20 PM. Then I heard a loud thud from the direction of the casino, and the rest... well..."

He cleared his throat, casting around for something to drink, then shrugged. No matter. "As for the results of my investigation, the rope used to hang Hugh was quite long, even after it snapped and sent the man to his most certain doom. There was still plenty of slack left, even including how it was tied around the statue's neck. It ends in a rip."

“Yes, actually.” Ace from his fanciful chair crosses his legs and leans against his hand, with his arm on the armrest.

“Not very well, but that poor bastard could still move about. For an old man he was pretty tough. Not tough enough, of course!”

"Do you think he could've been attacked in there, maybe?" Ruby uncertainly asked. "After all, when we tried to get into the game room after hearing a thud, the door was locked, so we had to cut through the kitchen..."

... Only to pout when Ace made a confirmation. "Hmph. W-Well, there's still gotta be a reason that the door was locked!"

"The most obvious reason for the door being locked would be to give the killer enough time to flee the scene," Deirdre said, absent-mindedly adjusting her glove, "but I think the crutch being left behind is more important that that right now. It was resting against the wall, so you'd think Hugh left it behind on purpose, but I don't see why he'd do that."

After hearing Ace's confirmation on whenever Mr. Stakes can move fine without the crutch, Great Dragon nods.

"Well, this begs the question. What reason could Mr. Stakes have to leave the crutch behind?" Great Dragon asked the others before he thinks about what they know so far.

"If the door connecting the trapezoid room 4 and the bingo room was jammed... Then once Mr. Stakes discovered that the door would not open, then he would have to leave the room by going through the storage room." Great Dragon theorized.

After a few minutes, he realized that what he said doesn't add up. "Sorry, Great Dragon's bad. Great Dragon thought that it was the door connecting the bingo room and the trapezoid room 4, when it should be the door connecting trapezoid room 3 and trapezoid room 4."

"Oh... r-right..." Tsubasa chuckled. "T-that's what I meant... a-about the door... s-sorry... first time t-testifying... h-hopefully it'll be the l-last, right...? Eheheh..."

"Or there is the possibility he never left, at least not on his own...perhaps he had been attacked inside the bingo room and moved to the storage where the killer had already set up the rope to drag him the rest of the way to the room where we found him. I also just had a theory whatever was the black plastic found shredded with hugh was likely used to attack him, after all since hugh was shredded its possible the killer used it as a means to hide any wound inflicted on him along with the weapon."

"Do you think the plastic could also be the... Uh, thing that he had inside his hat?" Deirdre made a vague gesture, to show her point. "What was that thing anyways?"

"Actually, Great Dragon just realized something. It's about the access to the storage room." Great Dragon said, as he rubs the back of his neck with one hand. "In order to access the storage room, you'd need the staff key..."

"Do you think that the culprit locked Dale in the kitchen with the intention of taking the staff key in order to get into the storage room?" Great Dragon asked the others.

"M-maybe...?" Tsubasa mumbled. "Um... f-from the sounds of D-Dale's alibi... it s-seems like someone was hiding in the g-gift shop... t-then attacked him in that t-trapezoid-shaped room next to the k-kitchen... i-it would've had to be someone without an a-alibi around 1..."

Jenny does not comment on the proceedings for a while, as she's too busy drinking heavily.

"Ah, geez...Good lord," she said, messily pouring a bottle of alcohol into five shot glasses placed on her podium. "That was the most disturbing tomfuckery I've ever laid eyes on...Jesus Christ!"

Jenny grabbed two shot glasses, downed both, and then collapsed against the podium, spilling three on the floor. She furiously rubbed her eyelids.

"Not even he deserved that crap. Ugh...Let's pour one out for the ol' bastard."

As she slowly poured the rest of her bottle into the roulette wheel, she looked to the side and added, "What the hell was I even doing earlier? I remember leavin' the break room like Myrion said, and then...oh yeah, I was in my personal office down by the lobby. I'd found a small radio in there and I was tryin' to fix it up and use it to reach somebody outside. Didn't work though, big surprise. I guess that would just be a little too convenient, huh?"

Jenny gestured vaguely in the direction of Roxie. "She already covered pretty much everything...I don't know how y'all are adaptin' to this shit so quickly, honestly. I think I need a minute..."

"Hmm...someone in the gift shop... I'm pretty sure Devin was already there before I got there myself. I thought she seemed a bit on edge but I didn't think much of it..."

"Ah, I see! A radio could've definitely been our 'Ticket out of here'. Thanks for clearing that up."

Devin covers her eyes, like she's having a headache and breathes deeply.

"I can't believe this shit..."

She uncovers her face, and stares with bloodshot eyes at the others as they talk. It seems like she's off in another place for a while.

Maybe it's the gears in her head turning? Is she nervous about something?

She clears her throat quietly and covers her mouth realizing how dry it is.

"Okay, so I don't know how clear it was to you guys, but... I kinda hated this guy's whole deal. I mean the twilight strip is like the biggest dickwad billionaire thing that I've ever seen in person. It really pissed me off. Hopefully it's clear to you guys that, no matter how gross Hugh was, I wasn't about to kill him or anything. Honest."

She rubs her eyes, as usual it looks like she's been up all night.

"Okay, so I investigated with Luke and Myrion. Seems like they told you everything about that."

"My alibi though... Basically I was just contemplating my mortality privately in the gift shop. I started at 12:43 and was just looking at stupid tchotchkes and stuff. I noticed when Sam, Great Dragon, Adel and uh... Hugh and Ramon passed by the shop."

"I took a look around after that to find something to do, but all I found was, em, the girls in the hotel lobby. It didn't really seem appropriate for me to strike up a conversation with them so I left."

"I went back to the gift shop. I was in there for a while when I heard Myrion talking to himself. I talked to him, but to be honest, I still don't get why he was in there. He was looking at the gifts and seemed oddly happy. Anyway, after that, he left to go hang out with some other people."

"After that, I heard the boys coming back from the bingo game. Sam, Adel, Ramon, and Great Dragon. Though when I originally heard them, there was a clacking noise coming from their walk. On this return trip, it was oddly absent. Maybe it's because Hugh was missing. I also saw Woody, Max and Diedre entering the casino at that time."

"That pretty much takes you guys up to speed with me. That's when I heard the thunk and made my way to the game room. I had to take the long way around because of that jammed door."

"Dissociation." Deirdre answered, stone faced. "I'm more concerned about if my sister is watching this right now..."

"I asked my girls not to watch me before I went out here... But..."

Devin looks up at one of the cameras.

"Please... Turn away..."

"Anyway, I sympathize with Hugh. I wasn't sure I would, but I do. So honestly it's not super easy to discuss this stuff, but yeah like Diedre said, I'm not really thinking that hard about it. I've seen gore before, worse than what we saw in the game room. I can mentally make it through this."
