Crouton looks like she's about to snap until she notices the problem.
She angrily reaches out one of her tentacles and adjusts Wingy's cap, immediately threatening him with the gun so he'd back up.

Myrion manages to get Crouton off his head and holds her in place gently as to not upset her any more. She looks annoyed but draws the gun back.

"Sorry about the gunshot.... oh hi, Hardhat!"

Luke finally returns from his room. An octopus with a fish head - an octoid, to the cultured - stands loyal by his side. It's smiling, apparently, but that smile isn't going away. It just stays there. Creepily.

"Yo! It took some time, but I finally got my main, new man, Archimedes, in order." He starts walking towards the others as the octoid slides next to him like an emotionless roomba, making absolutely zero sound. "Isn't he just the BEST? He doesn't like being touched though. Still workin' on that." Luke bends down and tries patting Archimedes. It retreats by sliding backwards in a very odd way. It also continues smiling.

He looks dejectedly at the creature, a wave of disappointment washing over his face as he looks to the others. "I must be doing something wrong here," he remarks, in a very monotone voice.

Kohrwin slowly made his way back to Ramon's side. Ramon, for his part, had at some point suffocated himself unconscious by accident while attempting to block the foul Gizzoid smells with his cape. Kohrwin bumped into him a few times to see if he'd get up, before contentedly chewing on his hair.

Myrion said something, it was unintelligible again because of Crouton.

He began to try and coax her off his face, but the more he pulled her, the more she tightened her grip.

He didn't want to harm Crouton with his "robot strength" so he just let out an exasperated sigh and crossed his arms.

Putting an end to her long absence, Ryleigh struts over to where everyone is gathered, until she abruptly stops, stomping her tiny foot down powerfully.

"Hey!" The girl shouts at the top of her lungs, fists clenched, passion burning within bright green eyes and a challenging smirk on her lips. "Now that we've got an actual competition going, I'm all fired up! And we aren't gonna lose!" As if to punctuate her statement, Ryleigh tears off her jacket and throws it aside, revealing a black and red volleyball jersey with the number '1' boldly emblazoned on it, stepping aside as a terrifying satanic creature lumbers behind her.

The Morningstar dwarfs its trainer by almost a full two feet, the voids of inky blackness that constitute its eyes looking almost downcast as it bows its head toward the floor, slightly displacing the baby pink ribbon placed atop it. The fish monster twiddles its fins together awkwardly, a white and pale green jersey barely covering its emaciated torso.

Ryleigh raises her hand, pointing at her fellow contestants, the Morningstar beside her slowly following suit without looking up from the floor.

"Susu's gonna wipe the floor with all of you! You better get ready!"

Seeming to chill out a little bit, but not entirely, now that her declaration was over, Ryleigh crosses her arms and glances at Sam. "Oh, she had that on when I got to my room! But it fits her, don'tcha think?"

She reaches up and scratches the nightmarish hell-spawn underneath its chin. Susu's...gaunt, grey cheeks flush, a low, raspy screech sound rumbling from its spindly throat as Ryleigh continued to give it scritches.

Susu fidgets about for a moment, eventually raising a fin to shake limbs with Rose, letting out a quick, ear-piercingly loud shriek, equivalent to "...Hi." in the Morningstar language. Even if they don't want to, sometimes it just happens. The wrong words are said, the wrong statements are taken to heart, and then before you know it, the one person you thought was your greatest ally has become your worst enemy." He... looked like he was speaking from experience, then he looked up at the group, his gaze hardening.

Upon seeing who the wrestler who be up against in the first round, Great Dragon turns to Luke.

"Ahahahaha! Luke, my man! Looks like you're up against Great Dragon and The Beast!" Great Dragon exclaimed as he flex a bicep. "Let's see how The Beast's training pays off! Hope you're ready to go down! Oh, and one more thing, Luke...."

Great Dragon slams a fist into the open palm. "If you lose, no hard feelings. We can always have a drink afterwards." The wrestler turns to The Beast.

"Alrighty, The Beast! C'mon! We gotta get in some exercise before our battle!" Great Dragon shouted as he walks off to some place nearby, and The Beast follows him to get some exercise done.

Everyone gathers in the aquarium arena. The stench of certain monsters clearly made some of the contestants uncomfortable, but their main focus was on the battlefield. Who would win? Who would lose? All would soon become clear in the first round of matches. At the start of each fight, Ace fired off his gun to signify the battle had begun.

For a moment, Sam almost looks like he's going to cry as he witnessed his beautiful Rose in all her glory, fighting on even when he saw her HP slowly dropping. He bore witness to her strength, even as she stumbled between blows, struggled to get up as her health reached near zero, ever fighting on instead of lying down and giving up.

And yet... and yet his heart couldn't take it. His tears flowed freely as he watched Cups take away Rose, and he saluted the bot, his hand trembling. She fought well, better than he could bave even hoped, but this failure... this failure was on him. He failed to give her the right training, the right equipment, the right ideas for combat. This loss was wholly his, and he quietly forked over the $200 he had given up any right to the moment he entered.

"Alright!" Ryleigh screams just, way too loud, like the dumb moron she is, jumping almost as high as she is tall, pumping her fists in the air.

She goes to give Susu a high ten, which the creature returns, horrifyingly starting to mimic its owner's actions, jumping about and shrieking in celebration of their brutal victory, excited blush on its disgusting, monstrous cheeks.

Great Dragon blinks his eyes several times. He couldn't believe his eyes at what happened.

"Great Dragon.... lost to Luke...?" The masked wrestler muttered, his eyes wide open. He stood there, taking his time to process what had happened. And then he was back to his usual grin. "You did great, The Beast! It's a shame to see you go..."

He turns to Luke. "Well, that was a thrilling match! Great Dragon is sure the fans were all cheering! Congratulations on winning the match against Great Dragon! Great Dragon wish you luck in the next match!" Great Dragon said as he pats Luke on the shoulder. "Anyway, the offer to have drinks afterwards still stands, just so you know."

With that being said, the masked wrestler turns around and leave the arena.

"Great Dragon have to go raid the supply closets for some air freshers.. Got to get rid of that stink." Great Dragon mumbled to himself as he left the arena.
