So I got off work today, going into EB Games for a little browse, seeing what's new. Wait, what? What happened to EB Games?? It was right here, next to the Target store! Now there's a GameStop sign!
Hmm.. oh yeah, GameStop and EB merged. Right. But why go through all that trouble to change the sign? It's the same store...
Oh well, I walk in. Hmm, different setup, different employees, ok what happened? At the time I paid it no mind, just kind of waltzed the Wii section, reminding myself I'm gonna be in here Tuesday for my MP3 pickup. So I start to walk out, and the lady at the counter asked me, "Is anything was wrong?"
"No", I said, "I'm good. I'll be in Tuesday for my pickup."
She was like, "What pickup?"
To touch base with her, I replied, "The Metroid Prime 3 pickup that's out August 28th for the Wii."
Stumped, the woman replies, "Oh, Metroid? I love that game on the SNES! It was so fun, but I'm afraid it's not coming out on Tuesday."
WHAT?
*No no no, you can't be serious!* I thought. *Surely she's mistaken!!*
Very calmly, I asked, "Are you sure we're talking about the same game?"
She insisted, "Oh yes, that's coming out for Playstation 3 on November 12th. I checked it in the computer myself."
I shall also point out there is a gigantic poster behind her that says: "Metroid Prime 3, for Wii, coming in August."
I have canceled my reservation at GameStop and put one down at Walmart.

It was surprizingly chill, Everyone that showed up was cool and enjoyed their time, and about 80% of them had similar game interests that I have.
