That's true... and Edgeworth does mention it when Gumshoe brings the flyer to him...
And I can't find the clip anywhere. Not here or on Final Turnabout...

But it's interesting to see how they added things from the other games into the case to make it look like foreshadowing and such. One example is the Evidence Room where Gumshoe has the electromagnetic device thing from Case 2-4 and he mentions how it'll be useful for solving a case sometime in the future. And I think the Blue Badger was created after the image on Maggey's shirt from JFA. (Unless the Blue Badger on her shirt was added too)

When Gumshoe writes a report to "cheer up Edgeworth" (the back says something that repeats...) it's on the back of a flyer for a "new french restaurant" which Edgeworth points out.
