Ummmmm I haven't seen much GS4 fanfic yet, but there's some on ff.net. I have a few up there. And Gefrierpunkt has done some Kyouya and Kyouya/Ema, which are in CR's fanart section.

But if you're looking for Japanese fanart you should try the Gyakusai Search Engine.

Not a sequel, but I do plan to do more "I'll take you" shorts. Someone on LJ did "I'll Take You To the Hospital" which was really cute XD;;.
