I think that was part of a joke. Cody assumed the Pink Princess was a girl, so he thought Will was a really ugly woman when he saw him out of costume . Didn't he make a comment about how odd "she" looked or something? 0.o

I guess I'll join you there (I got a "C" for GCSE French) but I do remember enough of my French and German to be able to get around the countries okay. Though almost every German I've come across can speak good English, some better than many of our compatriots!

No one is passing work off as their own and there's a limit to how far you can "protect" fanart. I think it's usually used fairly on this site as people do their very best to credit and link and if not are very clear about the fact that they are not claiming any rights over work.
It's a bit like the "Fair use" clause with fully copyrighted works, there usually is some give and take and it really should depend on the parties involved and intent/attitude.

I think they didn't develop that pairing much at all, or at least it was pretty one-sided...
I saw this pairing quite a lot on CR before I played the game, so I thought that it was one of those in your face pairings, but IMO, it seems a lot of it is in the fangirls' heads o___0
