I can't find the color to match this the skin on his face...
Regular Gumshoe...
Can anyone help me or at least give me...coordinates to the color
(BTW- I'm using Paint, cause I find photoshop to be very confusing...)

I believe you are a beginner correct?
You should line up where they appear on the regular sprite, then take shades and colour them in where they appear.
