Im refering more to what is currently on wii..
And to clear things up, wii play wasn't that good of a game on it's own. Everyone just bought it for the extra controller, the same way everyone bought that one game for the halo 3 demo

Well, statistically, yes, because Nintendo is aiming for a larger market. But the other consoles are more popular with gamers. (Well, at least I think so.

Sorry, that's not quite right. High sales is not factual evidence that a system is good.
There's also many people who would argue that many of the Wii's games have suffered from being on the Wii, and would have played much better on other systems.

Gamespot? IGN? Some of the games they rate get great scores, and others get crap ones, and both deserve the OPPOSITE reviews!
I'm sure as hell not gonna check my Nintendo Power or Playstation Magazine for any ratings for their games! Of COURSE they'll rate their "cash cows" high!
X-Play? Reviews on the Run? COME ON!!! X-Play has almost an ungodly large amount of criticism towards some of their ratings, and RotR, while SOMETIMES could have good ideas, can at other times have horribly-put together reviews, with no real answer! (7/10, and... 2.5?)
So I ask again: WHAT... IS... CONCLUSIVE?

I will NOT rent every single game in order to determine the perfect ones. I need some "News Sauce" for that, ese! We need a source to help most of us with choosing a good game, because lets face it: We can't buy two 50 dollar games with 70 bucks...

He never said that. Read more carefully, he said that wii is winning the console war, but, not that it is good because of it. he said it is good because of FE:RD.
Yeah, just because a console sells well doesn't mean it's good, but he never said that. I personally loved the dreamcast, but that sold like shit. Sales figures only show popularity in the market, rather than which is better.

The other thing that also annoys me is when Wii owners have to make do with games such as RE: Umbrella Chronicles and Soul Calibur: Legends, while PS3 and X-Box 360 owners get to play RE5 and Soul Calibur 4.
I could also make a comment about the seemingly endless and needless amount of Mario Party sequels/World War II-based games that get churned out, but it won't be good for my blood pressure.

I've been pissing around on the Internet Channel, posting those random little Mii people and so on. Even had a go at Splatterhouse off the Shopping Channel. Don't know much about these new consoles, but I must admit that it can be a lot of fun. Maybe I'm behind on the times.
One funny thing I've noticed is how when someone's losing a game in online play they'll turn their console off. Bit mental that. The remote control thing is a bit mad too.
Can't get my head around this new technology, like. I'm content with my PS2 and Gamecube frankly.

About a year ago. I was lucky.
I walked to the Game Stop across the street from where I worked during my lunch break every day just to get away from work and I walked in right after a shipment came in. One of my co-workers wanted one to. She went over an hour after me and as she walked in the last one got sold. (The person was literally handing over the money as she walked in.)

I agree that the Wii is a great console, but it has pretty bad or not enough good games. The 360 has a staggering amount of amazing games while the PS3 has multi-console games and Lair.

Anyway, yeah, sure, the Wii is Nintendo's attempt at capturing that non-hardcore market. And so what? There are still "hardcore" games for it (Brawl, No More Heroes, Trauma Center, Metroid Prime, Mario Galaxy, Twilight Princess, etc., etc.). Sure there are games like Wii Sports, Play and Fitness. So? those games are fun.
You're a tool if you think that the Wii doesn't have worthwhile games on it.

That's not what people said, though. The "non"-games, Wii Fit etc., seem to be selling far, far better than all the "worthwhile" games. That makes third-party developers afraid of publishing something on the Wii, as they should - if it's too complicated, they just don't sell.

And people are bashing Nintendo and the Wii itself for it. You have to support the "worthwhile" (although even those "non-games" are worthwhile) games if you want them to release more for the system. Just because the Wii is more mainstream doesn't mean there aren't going to be more traditional games for it, and if you want that to happen, you have to support those that are already on it.
