3.No, the headphones only come with the limited edition Japanese version, sells for $80-90 USD on ebay last time I checked. They might announce the headphones for US too, but it's pretty unlikely.

2. does the keychain come with pre-order?
3. do the headphones come with preorder? (if not is there any other way to get them?)
As far as I understood:
1 It's probably a book but that's all what's known (what I know)
2 Maybe, but capcom didn't confirm it anywhere like they did it with the gift when you pre-ordered T&T
3 Nope... again, as far as I know only via the capcom e-store, but they don't deliver outside japan...
