Brandon Penny awoke to the shrill sound of his cell phone's alarm clock going off. It was one of the few things that could wake him anymore. He had goten into the habit of napping between acts and as such had learned to sleep through the natural noises of human motion and communication. "Alright Brandon, let's make sure to give this crowd your all in the climactic conclusion!" he told himself in an attempt to get his adrenaline flowing. The second act should have already started, but it would still be several more minutes until it was his que. After giving his costume a few minor repairs-a tug of the sleeve, a straightening of the collar-he exited his dressing room and was met with suprise; the theatre was bustling with the noise of mass, nervous speech and movement. "What happened while I was out?" Brandon asked, walking into the stage room. "Why isn't the play on?"

Everyone should be able to make at least one witty pun per day!

Adam was at the Police Station waiting for interrogation, he was sitting down with 3 other people. I only got to shake Mr. Shakespeare's hand... He grabbed his head, This sucks...Hmm? The person next to him was fiddling with his arm, Weirdo... Then his hand moved away from his arm and it revealed an accessory, T-That's nice jewelry he got there.... Adam heard someone cleared his throat, he looked up to see who it was.

As Edgeworth cleared his throat, he entered the interrogation room. "My it's been ages since I was last here, it seems." He sat down and began questioning the potiential witness. " Mr., Copper was it?" He continued. "Could you please tell me what you witnessed or at least confirm your alibi?"

Adam was nervous, "Umm, actually I didn't really see the death, I just discovered the body and heard some things that could've confirmed that Mr. Shakespeare was killed," Adam did not know what he was talking about, he smirked a little, It seems my smart side came out...

Adam thought for a little then he answered the Cravat-Wearing questionaire, "I personally didn't know the defendant, but Mr. Okrainec introduced me to him before the show so I knew what his voice sounds like," He thought a little more, "A light was broken, so as the Lighting Engineer I had to fix it, I got my tools fixed it then came back," Adam scratched his head, "On the way back I heard some rustling and some voices, It seemed to me that it could've been the Victim and the Defendant fighting or arguing of some sort, then I knocked and asked if everything was okay then a voice answered, but I identified it as someone else's voice not Mr. Shakespeare,"

"Ah, so here you all are." Tyler hung up his hat as he stepped into the Police Station. "I was wondering where everyone wandered off too."

Tyler straightened his suit vest and noticed Adam.

"Ah, you must be the witness...Mr. Copper, was it?" Tyler began once again to twirl his hair and look generally disinterested. "I am Prosecuter Tyler Stephens, I'm in charge of this investigation."

Tyler looked over at Mr. Edgeworth and Ivan. "Did you two have something to discuss? If you wouldn't mind Mr. Edgeworth, I would like to speak with the witness."

Tyler began to twirl his hair, and closed his eyes as he began.

"The defendant, Mr. Julian Habs stand accused of the murder of Gream Shakespeare. The victim was found dead in his dressing room, skewered by the 'Blood Katana.' The weapon was a prop in the play, and it belongs to the defendant. His fingerprints were found on the weapon. As you can see, he was the only one who could have committed this crime." Tyler smirked and flicked his hair. "A simple case to say the least."

"That said, I would like to call my first witness: The detective in charge of investigation, Ema Skye."

"Well, there isn't much else." Tyler looked disinterested and seemed to stare through everyone in the Courtroom. He twirled his hair as he recapped the crime. "As I said, it is a fairly simple case. The defendant was heard arguing with the victim prior to his death. After this, the defendant was in his dressing room for a while, until he left and took Gream Shakespeare's life...and the play turned into a tragedy."

Tyler smirked and waved his finger at Mr. Habs. A little habit he picked up watching Miles Edgeworth at work.

"Your Honor, this testimony doesn't tell us anything new. We are already aware of these facts. However, he has failed to give us his alibi for the time of the murder. Mr. Shakespeare could have easily been killed during or after their encounter near the defendants dressing room. A cross-examination would be a waste of time."
