I downloaded the Gyakuten Saiban GSF to compare with the DS sound quality and in it there is a song not used in the game!
It doesn't seem to be finished. Well, finished enough to put in the game.

The ending theme is a different file. Bad quailty, but it's there.
I don't think it's a messed up verison.
Mabye a really early verison?

Wait, I think i've got it. Listen to this. Then listen to the beat of JFA's Objection! theme.
Sound similar? This is a slow, original Objection! theme. I'm sure. It was re-used in GS2.

Maybe we should ask Lost if he knows anything, just in case.

Personally, I don't think it sounds similar enough to any of those themes to be considered an early build. This was probably just the original ending music - it's about the same tempo, and you can feel a similar feeling trying to be captured from the song. It's just...not that good, compared to the ending theme used. That's what I think.

I happened upon this a while ago, while looking on galbadia hotel for any GS music I may have missed. I found this, as well as a weird version of Gant's Theme (can't remember where I put it, right enough).

It's most certainly an early version of the Ending just going off musical style, but I'm going to be blunt - it's not very good. The tempo between the main melody and backing feels out-of-sync, and all in all the track just sounds a bit... confused?

I think that's my GSF Player, It gets confused with stuff like this.
