Even though I'm not so good at math, I'm good at reading, 'cause of that I just wanted to make you and everyone else notice how many pages your fabolous request thread already has! I'm quite suprised! I would say 2/3 of it are all request. vickinator you are a living legend. Did anyone tell you that? And I don't mean it too be friendly! I guess everyone in court-records knows your name, 'cause it's almost written in every signature! If that isn't awesome, what else is? I know that in the end this post is pretty useless, since I'm just repeating the facts, but it needed to be said! Do you save all sigs you made? If yes how many thousands of kilobytes are filling your harddrive?

Yes, I save all the signatures I've made.. I currently have about 3,700 completed signatures/avatars/misc. graphics in a folder. ^^;; Most of them are kind of small in filesize because I used to save them all in .gif format, so the folder is around 280MB, which is not bad, I suppose.

Really cool signature, Vicki. What effects did you use to get the Edgeworth sprite to blend in so well with the rest of the image. I'm still working on the blending techniques that you, biblio and Ralvor shared with me, but my results end up looking ridiculous, especially when I try clean up the area around the faces.

Ok, first of all i just thoguht i should say FEEL FREE TO TELL ME TO WAIT...because I'm worried I request thing to often and people who don't have awesome signiture/avs made by you end up waiting longer.
Would you honestly be slightly peeved if I requesteda matching Sig an Av tommorow? I noticed that for once you queue wasn't completely huge (for once) and after seeing the a-m-a-z-i-n-g job you did on the banner kinda want a "Mia Fey - The story" themed Sig and Avatar. Well, for this signature I did a bunch of techniques but the main advice I can give for blending sprites into the background better probably would be focusing on coloring adjustments. I did many coloring adjustments to the signature, plus lots of erasing (further editing, I suppose).
I'm wondering what your outcomes look like. Could you post an example of how it looks? I'll go through it with you step by step if needed.

Give me a little while and I'll have my WIPs posted on my own thread. I don't want to pollute yours with my amatuer graphics editing skills. I made a new background with a technique I discovered on accident using the Liquify option (not sure if it is considered a tool or a filter, but I think it is in the Fliter menu.)

Hmm... Ok first time posting here. *shifty eyes* (I know your thinking "How can you not? Its too awesome!" but I just didn't?) First with the formalities. Vicki. Ok about that request. I've finally got all my images together.

Lunaria: I'll stop by in a bit.. I saw your WIPs earlier and I can offer some advice, especially with the use of "Levels" and erasing the cloud layers accordingly.

Let me first say this: This request was not that much simpler than the previous one. x___x; The GLaDoS was no problem, though annoying to get rid of all the grey areas between the wires, but the text effect (swirling into the black hole) was HELL.
I could have just half-assed it and called it a day by using the "warp text" tool, but honestly, it would have been obvious that I didn't customize each text line/layer because the text would have not followed the twirl shape. Since I have a strong commitment to quality and making things, you know, actually look good, I drew a path for each quote and adjusted the layer accordingly. It took several tries to get a smooth curve that matched the black hole/twirl effects around the center, so PLEASE APPRECIATE MY HARD WORK ON THIS. ;___;
It's obviously not 100% perfect, I know x__x;
EDIT: A mistake was bothering me so I had to replace the uploaded file.

The effort you put into the text effect really shows, so you don't have to worry about the possibility of the time/effort not coming through.
