Anyway, I bet the RockS(i?) came from a Honk Kong user off of ebay hence the Chinese paper and some dood "returned" it to Wal Mart saying it was from there and then Wal Mart "resells" which is why the article said that someone had returned the same item before the dood who bought it in the article

I just realized. It was shrink wrapped? My DS wasn't. And none of the others i've seen at Wal-Mart and other places were either. That should've been a warning right there.

It just says there was a 'seal'. It could have been that annoying piece of tape that they use to stop the box from coming open, or so that you know that it 'hasn't been opened'. And for those, sometimes you do feel the need for a pocket knife. But, come to think of it...
