This is the thread for case 5. This is one of the very few threads where you do not have to tag your spoilers, as long as they pertain only to case 5. If you have not finished the case you should not be reading this thread, unless you want to be spoiled.

If you are playing the game and need help getting through the case, there will be a walkthrough thread for that.

This one seems to happen 7 years after Case 4... And it promises to be an EPIC last case.

Is the identity of the HUGE HAIR BIRD guy still not shown until this point? I just finsihed case one and I saw it in the newspaper.

I think it's supposed to be a phoenix, but the name doesn't work that way in japanese.

I think you did a good thing. This case is a really long ass one though. Even those "almost endgame" spoilers I posted are far from the end of the case. But they really do spoil a lot.

Just finished the game! This case is LONG. Maybe it's just me but I think it's the longest case in the series. It was very nice though (and epic, of course). A lot of unexpected plot twists too, didn't think the case would turn out as it did. I'll spoil that the killer has an epic theme, in my opinion quite different from all the other music we have heard in the five games.

Yes, this one is worse than those Harry Potter spoilers that were around when the last book was released. The difference is that I'm nice enough to put several warnings and make absolutely sure that if you see them is because you want to see them. So kids, be good and don't click, because that is a spoiler and plot twist of epic proportions!

Oh, yeah, forgot to mention. Rocket, that dog from 1-4, also appears. Or at least, one that looks exactly like him. He has his own mini-sprite so you see him running around the place and sniffing stuff.

Ah, but that's what the game wants you to believe. I assure you the main bad guy isn't that person. I haven't talked about the real bad guy... And I don't have any intentions to do so, I thought I'd leave at least that for people to find out, or someone else to post about it :franny:

......Because of you I couldn't resist any longer.....and I clicked it......I expected your spoiler tag to say something like "Oh wow didn't see that coming at all or I KNEW IT." But because of that one small unnecessary piece of information you added, you struck a core in my curiosity systems......Man it's people who make comments like that about mega spoilers that ultimately cause me to give in to temptation.....

But on the positive side....Sometimes what leads up to the spoilers can be just as great as seeing them in action yourself regardless if you spoiled yourself. :keiko:

This is one of those instances BUT I still advice against reading the spoiler unless you REALLY want to. But see the reactions of other people and how they wish they didn't, lol.
