Well, I've never lived in an all girls dorm, but I did live in mostly girls dorms in my freshman and junior years. The bathrooms in those dorms were VERY clean, as were the dorms in general. I lived in a mostly boys dorm my sophomore year and currently live in one now. It can get pretty nasty sometimes. People have thrown up/masturbated in the bathrooms and don't clean up after themselves, among other things. I try to keep things as clean as possible, but I'm one of VERY few girls in the dorm and I can only do so much. I was actually just in the bathroom and I stepped in something moist. I sure hope it was water O_O
Basically, in my experience, girls dorms are much more pleasant to live in that boys dorms.

It's really more of a case-by-case thing.
I live in a guys' dorm, and we're actually pretty clean most of the time.

This includes my pinky getting burned on Monday. As a note, Nestle water bottles are NOT good targets for naphtha fume burning. On that note, Right Guard deodorant burns at well over 1000 degrees. In fact, I daresay 1100 degrees.
Point of reference: Aluminium melts at 1220 degrees Fahrenheit. The stuff began to oxidize and parts melted, though I'm sure this had more to do with the alloy used. When burning Right Guard, be sure to flamethrow your lighter.
