Maybe you could make a super second-freakout where he drops his mop? It seems like all you'd need to do is sprite his hand opening (and then just move the mop frame by frame)

And... can I use the body (not the head) of Graham? please?I'm sorry Lamoir, but I'm gonna have to say no on this. I'm not a fan of edits, but when it comes to people making edits off on my sprites I downright hate it. Someone had edited my Maya Sprites before and I was disgusted. Sorry.

Character is fun and cool (etc.) but some angles are pretty sharp...
Also. It seems like ya, like me, have some trouble with the hands.
Nothing bad or that kinda stuff, but the one where he digs his ear
and (exspecially) the one with the...iPhone(?) look bit odd and unnatural to me.
Other than that, nothing in mind to complain :D

Yeah, I guess that's my style when It comes to making sprites.
I've been testing these characters through Pywright. Putting them in scenes, and interacting with Maya and Phoenix, and they do feel different when compared to AA sprites. BUT not so different that they feel out of place. I still have to test the big fatty up some posts, and see how He'll manage in the game.
If you have a color in mind for the Teacher, let me know. I tried to stay away from Phoenix's colors, because I didn't want them to look the same. Since I already made a PNG sheet for her actions in the game, it'll easy to replace her colors with Adobe.

I made ALOT of tweaks here and there and think he looks alot like he does in the commission pictures I've had made.
All in all, I think he looks alot better then before. Be ready to anticipate some good arguing, between Phoenix and Hawk. *Rrawwk*
Now i gotta put these through Saluks gif. thingy and then we're set.

nice work on everything thus far and I like the improvements you've made on luis thus far...if I may make a slight suggestion? the last part of the saluting sprite, the thumbs joint the line around it is connecting from top to bottom...might i suggest breaking off those lines so instead its not connected to either side...it looks odd right now.
also as for saluk...His forarm looks rather small width wise...I believe it would be tad bigger due to it being closer to the screen then his body.
those are my thoughts...either way i always enjoy seeing your stuff and keep up the good work...ow and good luck on case 2 of your fangame :D
