...Till Keri ninja'd him. "I believe the only other suggestion that has been made was for my own films, and that was already proven impossible", he said drily.

"It's a classic noire film," James explained patiently. "It's the perfect blend of comedy and mystery. It's about a man suspected of a murder who's also put in charge of the investigation. The entire film revolves around him trying to pin the crime onto the real killer while simultaneously not being suspected by any others."

"Since there have been no objections, bzzt, I will play Ultimate James' request now. We can always watch another movie after, bzzt."

Some point as the movie plays on, Jack attempts to open a bag of chips. It seems he's having some issues though as it is taking him a great deal of time, with the crinkle of the bag being very loud.

He then took out his combat knife and turned to Jack. "Here, you can just use this. I can't believe you were actually going to let him shoot at something in your hands..."

Jack used the knife to cut the bag--lengthwise for some reason. He handed it back to Raul mouthing 'thanks'.

When he saw a corner of Urumi's brownie was gone he briefly began to fidget with excitement but decided to say nothing.

Urumi broke off a second piece and raised it to her mouth, glancing down at it... and then her eyes bulged as if she'd just realized what she was doing. "Oh, damn it!" She stuffed the piece back into her napkin with the rest of her brownie and set it on the table an arm's length away. "I didn't mean to do that! Oh crap, what now..."

Jack loudly crunched on a chip after he heard what Urumi had said. "You'll be fine." He assured in a very audible hush-whisper that was especially blatantly and annoyingly heard by those trying to watch the movie. "That corner is a tiny...err, significant amount more than an average dose but you'll be fine. It takes a loooooooot of THC to kill someone--trust me, I'm an expert."

Raul, who had previously not been paying much attention, starts trying to concentrate on the the movie after noticing the potentially uncomfortable conversation that had started between Urumi and Jack.

"Why are they so interested in a green clock anyway?" He said in a quiet voice, then he glanced at his brownie. "Sounds like something Jack might be interested in..."

After trying the taps, Urumi surprisingly found they not only still worked, but that one of them did in fact dispense water. Water that had a light brown tint to it, but water nonetheless. She filled the cleanest mug she could find, brought it back to her seat, drank about half, then sighed and continued watching the film.

She seemed to be calming down already.

At seeing the events unfold, Bryan simply shakes his head, keeping his wrapped-up brownie in his lap as he is seated, watching the movie. As he sees Urumi return with the mug, he looks her direction, doing his best to keep his voice low. "Uh, you're sure that water's safe, right? This place isn't exactly the cleanest... Though it definitely beats where we were before this."

I haven’t had such a wonderfully vivid experience in quite a while.” As they got to a certain scene, he chuckled to himself. “That was quite a pathetic murder, but here’s where it starts getting interesting. Now that idiotic Janet has to frame Stroud for the crime itself.”
