What do you get when you mix Godot, Edgeworth, Wright, Kristoph and
Klavier all into one? You get Francis Equitas, attoney and jerk supreme.
Yes indeed, another OC sprite comic joins the ruckus. So, meet Francis Equitas.
He's, as the title suggests, a casanova kind of guy - although he's a good
person at heart. (don't quote me on that though xD)
The story begins in 2020, about a year after Wright's disembarment.
There also aren't any contradictions with the canon PW storyline so far.
Francis' first case. Renovation works are going on at the courthouse, and one
of the workers is found dead. A foolish client, a cunning witness and a veteran
rookie killer, will he be able to find the truth? *GS4 Spoilers*

Yeah, nice comic. Goes possibly slower than the AA series, which I like. Also, very nice sprite. Very interesting to hear the thoughts of someone like that.

It's really good :) Better than most other sprite comics. Just about all the sprite comics I've read have been:

Of course, we haven't seen any contradictions yet, so you might be one of those people that makes stupid contradictions... (no offense. by stupid I just mean that the lawyer points out the contradiction, and then something is revealed that is totally irrelevant to the contradiction. Like, "But there were two gunshots!" "Fine, fine. I did meet with the victim on that day!") But I doubt it, since it all seems really good ^_^ The fake objections was a nice touch :)
1 criticism: NO STEPLADDER GAG?!?! *takes a deep breath* I guess there's still plenty of time left in the case, and since it seems it'll come up soon, I'm sure it'll happen. (it better *deathglare*)

If you check scene 9 somewhere, Payne and Gumshoe explain
that the nail hit a vital spot. Meaning a LOT of blood spray.

But even if a lot of blood came out, that doesn't mean it had to be at such high a velocity that it hit the plank from where ever it was o.o ('cause I doubt he would just hold it an inch away from the wound so it could get all bloody)
owait... that's wuts supposed to happen, but what didn't happen, so it actually wasn't that much blood spray, but was supposed to be, but it's not, so it's okay, and did that make any sense?

Whatever, I'll just wait patiently for the next part ^_^ and i hope jake ain't the killer :( I didn't really like him, but I don't want him to be a murderer and get sent to jail. I hope he's just an Angel Starr =\ (they witness something that makes them believe that some random person is the killer)

Yeah, scene #16 brings this case's end nearer. Now all that
remains is... The big turnabout! Next part or the one after
that.
Though be wary that after that, case 2 will take a very long
time to prepare. Both plot and resources must be ready
to build a good case.
