I just hate apollo cuz of the series building phoenix up (with godot) then completely ruining him. I always wondered how maya, mia and diego reacted when phoenix lost his badge. Or how about edgeworth? The people who had close relations with phoenix.

Just proving my point further. People seriously over-reacted to GS4 and refuse to give Apollo a second chance. Why? Becuase they're afraid of change. And I HIGHLY doupt Capcom's going to take the word of that poll seriously.
Anyway, like you said you dragged this topic off subject. So I'm going to drop it as well. But I stand by what I said about the "fans".

Off topic- AA was never planned to make sequals, AJ was. Capcom knows that the series is popular so they planed to make another AJ game, they know that they can split the story in multiple games. I like AJ more then any PW maybe because so many people obsess over Nick.

the only reasons people are resistant to changing the Protagonist is that the thought of change was/is worrying, or otherwise they just didn't feel Apollo 'did' it for them. folks just need to remember the original trilogy was written years ago, and that this was merely bringing it back up to date in an original title that was the same game, but didn't run the risk of tiring Nick's character out with another game that may/may not have been written well.
I personally like 'Polly...and most of the cast, for that matter. But
is still better! :3

But AJ got some of the lowest ratings of the games in NP and other reviews.
AJ sold a LOT more than the first three games in Japan, and the last time I looked was still ahead of Kenji, which features the most popular character in the franchise. It also scored better in Famitsu than the first three (though now I can't remember what Kenji got...)

Anyways, Nick is WAY to popular to not come back. I say make him stay a hobo. And Klaiver, I think he'll pull an Edgeworth, not appear in cases 1,2,3, put be there in 4/5. I don't think he'll say Prosecutor Gavin chooses death, but he just won't prosecute the first few cases. Maybe he goes soul-searching because of
