Second. Most people I know in real life can't keep a secret for anything ><

That's one of my bad qualities >___>

I can keep a secret very well, so I always tell my friends not to bottle things up and to tell me what's on their mind. But I always bottle up myself :D

Which is bad.

Stupid hypocritical me :(

I hate people touching my stuff without my permission.

And, I would like to get this off my chest.

I have strong feelings for Darzie, but I'm not sure, (due to our distance from each other) that we could ever be more then friends. Well I mean, me and him are more then friends, just not intimately. If that makes sense. It's complicated really. I'm not In love with him either. It's just, he makes me really happy, and I only want him to be happy. Even if it means giving up my own happiness for him. I'll do whatever it takes to make him happy. :)

Ya'll probably now this, but Karen isn't my real first name. I feel extremely uncomfortable giving out my real name.

I mean, I even made up a full name for myself. :P Karen P. Keppen. The P stands for Pepper, and Keppen is supposed to be a clever combination of Karen and Pepper that one of my friends made up.

I made up the name Donald Serrot when my first account for CR had a typo in the name and I couldn't log in.
I had to make a new account to even find out my mistake. I decided I liked this better.
Now my DS and my Wii have been "Serroted"! XD
I think I'll be using this name for a long time. ;)
To bad "HMONCOW88" never got a chance. (As in Harvest Moon cow. I like cows. XD)

A big secret- I will not tell you. TOO way EMBARRASING!
You'd probably think I am way too weird.
Okays- here is one.
I act weird in school saying things like-
"Ugh! Humans! Can't you go back to Earth?"
They say "Aren't we on earth?"
I say back " That's what you think. Ugh! They should have never
signed that treaty!!!"
- because popular people - yeah, that's what i said you snobby popular people!
- Give weird people different insults/ treatment of bullying.
They say "Weirdo."
I say "Thanks."

These are by Rini Mazaki. Thanks.
Jeez, I thought I was dead!
I must have been resurrected...

A secret?

I'm not this cutesy in real life, unless I'm around a person I'm crushing on. In real life I'm actually quite bitchy, mean and sarcastic.

This one isn't really a secret, but it's probably not as well-known here as other places: I despise otaku, and those that refer to themselves as otaku.

It annoys the hell out of me that since I love playing video games and frequent the occasional cons back at home to meet up with friends from out of town, I get bunched up with those losers. I actually despise the majority of new anime out there because I honestly believe that they all look the same, just with slightly different voices. I despise the way they talk(they all talk the same), how they have to constantly cram stupid obscure references from old sci-fi shows or whatever, and the fact that whenever they watch anime, they have to always point out obvious moments out loud and laugh at their own "witty comments". OH HEY, LOOK AT ME! I CAN UNDERSTAND THINGS IN TV SHOWS!!

Oh, and I also hate it when people quote shit in Japanese that they got from some anime to try and look cool.

P.S.- This wasn't directed towards any of you, I just wanted to get this off my chest for some time. Oh, and I hate Japanese otaku more than anything. The ones in the US are annoying, but Japanese ones are CREEPY.

I was just looking at this thread briefly, but WOW do I agree with all of this. I have no experience with Japanese otaku in particular, although I am familiar with a guy who is American but very involved in the Japanese otaku scene (he goes to Comiket every year etc). If he's exemplary of Japanese otaku...then I *never* want to go to Akihabara. He can't talk with me about anything but anime, and, like johnny rainbow, I'm not interested in the new anime because they're all re-hashes of things that were interesting the first time I saw them and looked better then anyways, and as a result I have nothing to say to him. And he takes every opportunity to show off his knowledge of Japan. I occasionally like to practice my Japanese (I've taken it for 2 years) but he would use random Japanese words before I started learning, and it was downright rude. That sounds more American-style, though. I hear Japanese otaku are quiet and stare a lot. O.o
Wow, I wrote much more than I meant to! :beef:

I do.. you know your stuff is better than mine because you've had more time to practice. Meanwhile, I'm like the amateur of all amateurs at drawing since I have almost no experience at all... :yuusaku: sometimes my stuff is a complete fluke. It just happens to come out alright, giving me a reason to feel proud of myself.

I need to pick up that pencil more.

Have you ever seen Otaku no Video? The real-life interview segments are actually a pretty good look into the life of Japanese otaku and how fuckin' weird they are. They're into child porn, lolita hentai(one otaku store had shelves of lolicon magazines and DVDs), that whole "moe" thing, rape porn, probably guro too. You name a weird genre that you just made up, this country probably has a small but dedicated fanbase for it.

They're creepier than that one quiet nerdy kid in your school who always gets picked on and writes in a notebook in public a list of all the guys who bully him.

i push doors marked pull just to see how many people do a double take

when i'm at the airport by myself and waiting for a flight, i make a tally of hot guys/girls i'd sleep with

i always carry a pen with me. sometimes i leave anonymous bits of philosophy on notice-boards and public notices

i have a Japanese maid costume that i'm too embarrassed to wear. ever.

i own every generation of pokemon games and a pikachu game boy colour.

since i have perfect pitch, i sometimes pick a background noise and hum it a semitone higher just to annoy people.

aaaaannnd i've thoroughly established myself as a complete and utter weirdo. :keiko:
