Anyway. To shorten a big explaination.
There is no way to tell the sexuality of the characters. JUST because they had a wife or a girlfriend or boyfriend or husband or whatever doesn't rule out ANY sexuality.
Until the character designers come out and say who's what (because then you can't really argue. D: it's the designers' characters after all), you can try to guess, but just because someone has a bijillian girlfriends, doesn't mean he can't be gay. Remember. Some gay men marry. Some gay woman marry. (Oppoiste genders I'm talking about.) And straights experiment.

Main character wise... I see Nick as either straight or bi with a preference to women, but even if it's the former, I don't think it would stop him getting in a relationship with a guy.
Maya I don't really see as having a sexual preference really, she doesn't seem to be the kind of person who thinks about that kind of stuff as much... hard to explain.
Edgeworth I see as either gay or asexual (a? XD). Probably the latter, much as my mind wants it to be the former.
Franziska is completely up for grabs... we never see her remark on appearance, do we?

Personally, the thing that stood out in my mind was the phrase "I'm just not interested in men." Not to mention he is constantly hitting on just about every chick he sees (even Pearl).

Well, I'm sure it's adorable, but it's so ...weirdly weird, so basically crack I just like it.
