“We cannot say as to what the motive would even be for any of us. All we can be certain of is now that you had the opportunity and means”, Evelyn said coldly, starting to straighten up somewhat. “As for the cloth, you could have disposed of it in some other way, hid elsewhere or even keep it with you. I am afraid I cannot tell, but that does not necessarily mean we had to have found it ‘somewhere strange’. Everything now...points to you, Nina. I cannot say this was expected but as the facts stand, only you could be the perpetrator.” She winced slightly as she said this, knowing the irony that she said the same words to Kyoya mere minutes earlier.

“You could easily have overpowered them if that were the case, I’m sure. But if it truly is impossible...then you could have hidden in Vic’s chamber, giving you another reason to take out the body. The chambers are airtight but as long as you didn’t stay there’s for too long, it could have easily worked. They are easily openable as well, so she wouldn’t be trapped there. Either way, you decided to kill two birds with one stone and use it as your alibi as well”, Evelyn reasoned. “As long as you didn’t get hit by the gas, you could have attacked Mr. Anderson and then kept him there to die.”

“...Though, there still is the problem of the fall Vic’s corpse suffered. Perhaps it was simply a more efficient way to bring the body down to the garden than dragging it to there. Perhaps she simply wished to avoid being caught by one of the patrollers. ...Does this sound definitive enough?”, she asked after being cut like three million times.

"There isn't much air in those things. A man died because of it. Do you think a smoker like me could stay in there for long? I'd have a huge coughing fit within minutes, Nick would immediately hear me, the entire plan in shambles."

Evelyn scratched her chin thoughtfully. “Couldn’t you have simply hidden in your own room till then? I’m sure nobody would particularly bother to check there, not even the patrollers. "I suppose we don't really need it now, but we should go over everything once more to make sure we're right," Nana said, quite subdued. "I still don't get everything yet so I want to step through each bit to make sure I understand."

"So to start with... um, well, Miss Rose set up the scene in the recreation room. She... I guess she was scared and wanted some reassurance people would protect her after what happened before. She used a rose to make her look like the target, but when picking it she got stung by some nettles or something. That probably cleared up by the morning? I hope you're okay!

"When we all saw Vic's body in there, Mr Anderson proposed we hold a funeral for him and Siri. Then he took the body back and we all went to bed. Th-the killer might have used this time to plan things, it sounds like a lot to come up with on the spot. They might have used this time to pre-write all those eulogy drafts, too.

"Um, anyway, the next day we decided our roles in the funeral and then split up to work. Oh, I guess before that Miss Rose used her perfume on the boys, but... um it's not really relevant now is it?

"So, lots of things happened, but most importantly the killer found a chance to leave their post and set up the crime. While in the garden they took a rose and a can of glue, and because of their gloves the nettles didn't bother them. They took Vic's body from the morgue and set it up in the recreation room with their jacket and hairnet on to look like them. Then they went back to the morgue to wait. On the way Evelyn saw them, probably, but due to her pros-... prosoga-... um, condition she didn't recognise them, as they didn't have their jacket on and I guess their hair was tied up like everyone else in the kitchen did.

"As the killer went down the staff bedroom corridor they saw Kyoya's RC and broke it, not wanting to be seen. Then they went into the morgue to wait, coating the gas control console in glue while they did. They might have stood around for a bit to avoid suffocating, but when 2:30 drew close they went inside a cold chamber to avoid being affected by the weird gas.

"Then Nick arrived. He was probably cutting it pretty close, and the gas was going to go off, so he went over to the console to switch it off. But, because of the glue he couldn't, and then the gas made him weak. Weak enough for the killer to drag him into the cold chamber by the door. They put him inside and gave him the bottle of poison too; maybe they wanted to give him a quicker way out? Then they put a rose in the frame to frame whoever had set up the recreation room scene and left.

"They went back to the recreation room after that, dressed again, took Vic's body and then dropped it into the garden from above. Then, um, I guess they just stood around for a bit before going to the gym? Something like that.

Anyway! Um, yeah, I think that's everything, right? I don't think I missed anything. And only one person could have done all that! I... don't really want to say it, but... it's you, Miss Nina."

And he was wrong. He died, knowing as he took his final breath, in that cold dark cell-seriously, it was so uncomfortable sitting in there waitin' for him, I could hardly move an inch- that his students couldn't save him, and not only did he allow Siri and Vic to die, but he couldn't even protect himself."
