I don't quite understand your "image" part.
I think Shadi Smith is Kagerou Urafushi, a character from the first GS4 case (at least that's what they called him in the flash demo). I don't know how particularly spoilery the following links are, but they weren't listed as spoilers on CR and only show expressions, anyway. That's all I could find without risking spoilers (I yet have to beat the game myself).

Intruding only for one reason - I wouldn't have thought, but I actually..have another request. Up to this day I'm helplessly in love with the one you made me and it'll be a hard time saying goodbye to it, but I found a piece of fanart that caught my intention and hasn't let me go since :(
All this only if you have the time, of course. I know there are many people waiting in line who haven't had the bliss of carrying one of your signatures yet and I don't want to take that away from anyone. Your work continues to blow my socks off, and none of us really have an idea how busy you must be with these, and how much effort they take.

Other than that, I love the simplicity of it, the contrasting white and blue, even if that colour choice is overdone a bit by many people; the general fluffy, cloudy, serene feel to the image, which takes the edge off the severity of Ms. Whip-Crack's personality. I recognise that source fanart from somewhere as well, and I wub eet.

GIEF YOUR OPINIONZ. That was my first attempt at using any kind of special brushes. I downloaded them specifically to try it out. That sig took at least six hours, not least because I hand-wrote all the text with the calligraphy tool in GIMP. Lots of fun. ^^

Oki, you asked for my opinion. Blahblah everyone has a different style and such disclaimer.
I like the mixture of the blue/pink swirls/mist/etc. coming from the right hand side. Good stuff. Also, the very subtle light/swirl/texture/etc. on Maya is awesome. I like.
The pink little dots are a little out of place. It makes sense that it's close to the word, "pink", but since there is so little pink besides the text and those dots in the entire signature, it could be perceived as such. Perhaps, stick to one sort of shape (for example, you used primarily a swirl, whirl effect in the sig), instead of mingling dots and whirls together.
Your font-thing is cool, six hours of work is admirable. :)
In sigs there should be a general balance and proportion; I think if your canvas size was smaller and the text was smaller (but unsure if you could resize it and still retain its quality because of your custom design) it would be more effective.
A good rule of thumb for color schemes in tags is to use the eyedropper tool and use select colors from the image, if any is used. Obviously, you needed a pink aspect because of the quote, so that's good. Maybe a darker purple for the font would have blended well with the image, who knows. It's fine as is, though -- some people have used like neon green with a completely random colors and it strains the eyes. >__o
Text could also use more blending into the background, but it depends. When text sticks out too much, it seems 'detached' from the signature, which could be a neat effect... such as, you want the text to really pop out. Could go both ways.
Uhh.. the only other thing I could comment on is a lack of a border. Usually a 1px-3px white border, 1px black border, or a white border and a 1px "color from your sig" border works good with most sigs. It's all relative to sig content and color scheme.
