That is one of the best sprites of someone where you normaly only see his head I've seen yet! Good job!

I tried changing the speed myself to see how it would look.
I changed the speed from 90 to 180ms in GIMP.

If I had to make a suggestion, I'd say you should try toning down the black to a dark orange-red so it doesn't stand out quite so much, and darkening his zipper line to make it more noticeable. Complete the outlining on his shoulder and hood, add another shade or two of orange to make it blend well, and this could be the best Glen sprite yet. ^_^ Excellent job!
