I was playing Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games and I was working really hard to get onto the leaderboard for the 100m event. Eventually, I did it, and now I'm ranked #14 out of over 60,000 people!

- Beating the entire T&T with no help
- Training my first (non-Rare Candied) level 100 Pokemon in Leaf Green, my Charizard
- Getting second place in the Gamestop Pokemon tournament (would've gotten first if my DS didn't keep disconnecting from the Wii during the final battle)... yeah, most of 'em were little kids who didn't know about proper team-building yet, but one of my opponents was a friend who I usually can't beat, and just barely beat in the tournament (we were both down to one Pokemon, my Bronzong against his Dusknoir).
- On Pokemon Diamond, catching a Modest Mesprit within about 20 minutes of setting it free (all those years of chasing after the dogs/beasts/whatevers in Crystal for their music really paid off there)
- Finding all exits in Super Mario World

Actually beating Bowser's Castle first time through ever on New Super Mario World, while only getting hurt once! ( I beat both

Megaman X2: Completed the game with a single piece of armor/tanks/life extension.

I beat the Biolizard on my first try. Freaking easy boss. The Finalhazard was a wuss. The ONLY challenging part was the very last hit, and I still got it.
My best gaming achievements? One was beating Contra III. =\ When I was about 12 years old. I beat it alone, no emulation, with no continues left. Now I can't get past Stage 4 anymore. XD; I'm so rusty at it...

Lasting for 6 1/2 days in Dead Rising (13 real hours). I was so shocked when I died, though. One more hour and Dead Rising would have been the first game that I got all 360 achievements on. No way I'm trying that again. =(
Beating all three (good) Spyro games 100%.
Beating all three 3-D Mario games 100%. (Sunshine was hard, I hate those darn blue coins...)
Beating Final Fantasy X-2 100% and getting the (slightly disappointing) perfect ending. What can I say? That game is fun!
Not much of an achievement, but I own all Mario Party games (including handheld) and played all of their minigames.
Beating Majora's Mask 100% with all masks and hearts. The only Zelda game I've truly beaten 100%.
In a few Halo matchmaking matches, I've managed to not die at all. I still remember the first time I've done that in Halo 2, but we still only tied because of my incompetent teammates. =/
Actually playing a Resident Evil game. RE4 was my first horror game. I get scared easily. ._.
Speaking of RE4, I've beaten the Professional mode in that game as well. Twice.
That's all I can think of at the moment. =P

~ It's not anything spectacular, but once during lunch break at college, I was challenged by a class mate of mine to a game of Soul Calibur (I'm known to be a bit of a SC nut almost my friends and this guy was a self-proclaimed SC pro player). We had a tournament style battle playing Soul Calibur 2 on the Game Cube. It was my first time playing that version as I've got the PS2 version myself so the controls were rather foreign to me, but I had so much fun beating the crap out of the guy that challenged me. I loved how he said (after losing the battle) that for the next match he was going to pick his best fighter. He kept saying that EVERY TIME he lost. I think I bet him something like 12-0 in the end....
~ Getting all GFs in FF8 to maxed levels, including the hidden one that requires the special pocketstation memory card that was never released in the UK. Chocobo World *squees*

I had trouble with that song each time I came to it. I just recently beat it on Hard Rock. I can't go back to the earlier settings though, they are actually to slow after you play on the higher settings.
I survived Vista in Ouendan 2 on the Hard Rock equivalent while using hidden marker mode AND I got an "A" and more than double my best score from when I played without hidden markers!

Beating Secret of Mana... after many many years away from it.
Completing DK3 with all levels completed, all bosses beaten and the banana bird rescued.
Completing all 50 challenges in Perfect Dark for the N64, in "Multiplayer Mode".
Beating that... 100-trials... thing... in Super Paper Mario... both types of trials... all times needed.
Beating MP3 with 100%, in less than 7 days time (had a rental, and I wasn't always around to play it).
Being on the forums when GotA was banned (What, can't a guy have a sense of humour?).
Clearing all 3 PW games without penalties, OR incorrect Magatama choices.
