I agree completely. In the end, you don't really win anything. At least I would just feel bad about my self for ruining the life of someone I used to like. No offense though.

Now if you want to abandon your feelings for that person and sue them ("I care for you only if you care for me"), go ahead. I think it's good you didn't press charges- somebody you possibly liked back then (though I don't know how much) standing in court and possibly paying you a high sum leading to her own ruin, I don't know.

What I said is how it would be between two people. If it goes as far as the other party slandering, if the private bits are carried out to your disadvantage, that is something entirely different. It may hurt, but in that case, pressing charges can be very appropriate. I've pressed charges several times because of that; the ones doing it though were my gender and it wasn't about relationships at all, definitely not rape. :)

Anywho: I got one. I broke up with my ex because I thought we were rushing. So two days after the break up he starts calling me a bitch. Then cusses me out for dating a new guy then calls me a whore. Which makes me see that he's not worth my attention.
