All I ended up doing for the hair was cut the hair out of the 
smilie and paste it into the Jazzhands. I saved the hands seperate so I could JazzHands more smilies.

- the hair might be improved a bit. Make it flow a little more, it ends quite arruptly. The shading could be better too.
- the mouth needs to be bettered. Right now it looks quite odd for talking. Make the closed mouth closer to the opened.
- loop the talking-pause-talking part a few times before having him blink.
- there's some stuff behind his eyecoverhair that looks kind of off.
-the phone looks mostly like a big blob of pixels.
Well, it's pretty good for a first try (really good, actually) but there's still room for improvement :)
