Well for Sal (Sally) he would be basically the female equivalent of a male otaku. She won't be as disgusting and disturbing but still a bit obnoxious and outrageously loud. She would have creepy fetishes with shota boys and yaoi probably. (Maya eyeing kept intact through male version) She won't be obese but rather a BIT on the chubby side from snacking too much Pocky while reading her lemon fanfics on the Internet. And be cause of this I believe the Steel Samuari would be eliminated too. Rather, it would be some mahou shojou-esque show spwaning several spin-offs... She would still speak L33t for teh lulz.
This would lead to Cody. Cody (Cassie) is a now fangirl and dresses up and cosplays the new female hero. She probably collects figurines or dolls or superspecialawesomemagicweaponry! instead of trading cards but still does the whole photo collection thing of amazing deeds. Probably some bitchy spoiled little girl too.
Now Penny (Bill Dallos - LOL MONEY PUN KEPT). ...She stays the same as male. Yeah...figurines...dolls...but that's pretty creepy now as male. You just wonder what... I'll stop there.
Will Powers...(Wilma) still a pansy and breaks down on what s/he really appears as on TV. Probably not as pretty or cool looking as whoever is being portrayed either. Probably looks like a large scary freckled-bully girl.
For Dee (Don), she would be just some male mafia boss stereotype with the cigars and strange connections.
So...HUZZAH STEREOTYPES.

Very nice.
Just some comments:
The cleavage is nice but I kinda miss that cross tie thingy on a Gant. I think she could have a black blouse with something like that. Or just a smal choker in that style.
The shades are a bit too big.
I think the front part under her arms could have those butons like gant has on his jacket.
