In Spore (PC) I was trying to befriend an empire that didn't really like me, but I wasn't paying attention and accidentally clicked the button that declared war on the empire...

Something similar happened to be in Hotel Dusk. I think it was chapter 4 or something, and you have to sneak into a certain room of the hotel. But you have to talk to a certain someone in the hall first (Jeff), before you sneak in, or else he'll see you and you get kicked out of the hotel as soon as you try to leave that room.
Yeah I went into that room and saved. So I had to choose the "Restart Chapter" or whatever that option was from the Game Over screen.

So I'm about to fight Dr. Peace, but I wanted to see if there was another room next to the door that led to the boss battle. I press the "A" button, only to find myself in the cutscene with Dr. Peace.
I thought I accidently went to the boss battle instead of the door next to it. So I restarted the game, and when I went to that door again, I found out that you CAN'T go in any of the other doors, and that I WAS supposed to just go to the boss battle.
TL;DR, I restarted the game for no reason because lol i r dum
And this didn't happen to me, but to a friend of mine who was playing The Suffering. During the final boss battle, she decided to enter a cheat to use God Mode.
...Only to find out that once she walked into the fire, she couldn't do anything. The character would do the "falling down" animation, like when you're attacked, and stand back up only to fall down again. Since she was on God Mode, he couldn't die, so he just kept falling over and over stuck in the fire.
Pretty entertaining actually.

I just thought. Isn't it possible for something like this to happen in Ace Attorney? Like you save during a pre-penalty conversation.

It was on 4-4 and i couldn't think of the last pice of evidence you had to present. So, i saved it during the pentaly convo and then every i loaded i kept gaming over.
Anyway. On GH. I paused the game and gave my guitar to my younger brother to finish the song for me while i went a toilet. I came back and he failed the song and missed every note.
On Pokemon, I was fighting the tower brain and i got angry when he killed my frostlass. I jumped up and shook my ds. The game crashed and i have to we make my record again.
On Kingdom hearts two, i made a couple:
On the Motobike Game i didn't know how to turn and i left it to keep crashing in straight lines.
During the battle with Xavier (The gun Guy) At the beging when he tries to snipe you i thought you HAD to be hit by them.
(Yeah, I fail KH2 when i first started.)

Yeah, I've seen and done fireballs in point-blank range on Dragon Age: Origins. At least when I was casting them (for the most part) I was in the Flaming Man form, so I wasn't hurt by the fire.

...I'm pretty sure I did the exact same thing (I'm too lazy to climb down, so I just do a suicide jump if there's no hay) xD
One thing I did worse, though, was off one of the viewpoints- I got halfway down, got lazy, and jumped off (I was "Notorious", by the way, at this stage) and it was near the city centre so there were trillions of guards milling around, and a group just happened to be passing as I jumped... I landed right on one's head, he started shrieking at me; I kill him, pick up the body (intending to hide it in nearby hay)... and walk head-first into a group of about thirty guards. You fill in the blanks.
I had great fun with that one target pretty early on- what's his name, the one on the tower, Maffei, is it? - I killed a few archers, climbed on up there, killed him... adjusted the camera angle, and launched his body from the very top of the tower. He fell, for what seemed like FOREVER, before bouncing off a rooftop and landing on a guard's head and killing him. I laughed.
