The truth is I haven't even begun to make sprites, but I want to know more about them. Here are some questions I have:

1: Although time may vary from sprite to sprite, how long does it usually take to make a regular sized one?

2: Where are some useful tips for shading?

3: Do I need a sprite program in order to make them, or can I just make them from Paint?

4: How difficult is it normally to make a sprite?
