Yes, yes it is. Although I haven't seen eps 70-152, the movie, the live action movie, Raoh Gaiden, or Shin Hokuto no Ken, so there are probably a lot more to come.

The live-action movie is really not worth bothering with, it's pretty awful. But yes, seconding this.

And this is probable a sole-Croik opinion, but Kazuma vs Ryuho at the end of s.CRY.ed was freaking awesome, especially by the end when they're just pummeling each other. Better than the fight against the villain by far.
And uh, if this included manga I would say Gantz Team vs Titty Alien, but sadly the anime never went that far :(

Mayuri & Nemu Kurotsuchi vs Szayel Aporro Granz,
I really like the way this fight isn't your typical anime fight (a good example of this is the Nnoitra vs Zaraki fight concurrent with this one), and the way Mayuri just shrugs off all of Szayels attacks (especially the voodoo organ doll thing).

Battles in Kenshin were always pretty good, but I dunno about how epic they were. I'm biased because of my samurai fetish.
On that note, the few times Jin fought someone in Samurai Champloo were the only bearable parts of that series.
Some of the early swordfights in Bleach were kinda cool too. Up until that bankai crap, with the my-special-power-beats-your-special-power, then it just became Naruto.
I think that's it.
