Okay. *collects thoughts* Like many other graphic artists on this forum, you've really improved since I last saw your work! You use color wonderfully. (Your current avatar is so pretty by the way~ I love that light blue color, and the background you chose goes really nicely with the fanart. Your signature has a nice effect as well-- the colors, effects, and fanart all work together to give the impression that they're standing against a sky with time passing, something like that, that I think works nicely with the kind of relationship the two have. Namely, friends ever since they were little. ((/stubborn)) ) Your composition--the way you place the text in relationship to art and such--is also really good. That's especially awe-inspiring to me, since I've always had a problem with that ^^; Not to mention, you have a wonderful sense about font choice c: Just generally, you're really good at creating graphics that give off a certain vibe to them--like Papermario's really gives off an 'action-packed' feel, as per the text itself, and your avatar gives off the elegant feel that I've always associated with Kristoph [even after, you know.] Your style is also very versatile, something that mine will never be XD So great job! Keep up the good work. I applaud you!
...I'm actually reeling from the force of the compliments there. I don't really know what to say - i've never been good at recieving praise. ^^;;
Firstly, thank you for taking the time to write that all out for my benefit. It means a lot to see a huge block of text just praising my art, because the time taken to generally write how you wanted to convey your exact feelings just shows that you really do mean what your saying, and for that i'm thankful.
Also, looking back on my very first pieces of work (and cringing), I can honestly say, without sounding too full of myself, that I do believe I have actually managed to improve in the year I've been doing this sort of thing. And for that I thank you guys - the ones who request and the ones who just post to tell me that i'm doing well.
