Forgot to say something about this, but isn't this a spin-off no matter what? It's not part of the original story line. (I.E. New Blood)

New Blood had almost nothing to do with the original plot, just because something is set in the same universe doesn't give it the same story. (I.E. Marvel Comics.)
Naomi doesn't have the power to make TT a sequel, Dr. Derek Stiles and Nurse Angie Thompson do. And what, may I ask, is being removed from the game? We still don't know jack shit about it right now.

Yeah, but keeping the vitals up was pretty easy with enough antibiotic gel and stabilizer. I mean, there were only like three operations in all of the games that you couldn't keep the patient alive just by spamming stabilizer. The only reason the patient died for me is because the time ran out and that at least gave me a challenge. Hopefully they'll make the operations more difficult to make up for the lost time limit... And this is getting REALLY off topic. I'm just gunna end this conversation here so I don't ruin this topic for everyone else. D=

I have been totally stoked for this game for over a year now, since the debut trailer in April last year. The gameplay videos look amazing, the previews have been UHMEIZING. Latest Gamespot preview
Each region is larger than Liberty City.
