Catch a surfing pikachu and make Feraligatr learn waterfall, since Waterfall is a physical attack, and Feraligatr it's a physical attacker.
Why a surfing pikachu? coz it's cool. mine is level 34, caught at level 14, pokewalker.

Her houndoom and Umbreon are the ones that get me. I mean, I'm a devout Umbreon lover... but that one makes me want to take a chainsaw and go on a murderous rampage.
And, the Dragonite with Thunder always murders my gyrados. It's always the last one I have left.... and the Gyrados is the only one left alive at that point.

Other items don't. So use soft drinks for all your potion-recovery needs. But they're a pain to buy as you can't just get them in multiples.
Holding Soothe Bell means happiness is raised by 2 every 256 steps, instead of 1.
I * assume* the Pokewalker raises happiness by the number of steps walked aka 1 per 256, and you take a lot of steps. I have no idea if it's raised more, or less...

Just defeated the Elite 4 with all under-level-40 Pokemon; it was ridiculously easy. Koga and Toxic Spikes gave me the most grief: Machoke decimated Karen, and Lapras pretty much OHKO'd most of Lance's Pokemon. (Of course, the fact that I used Alakazam's Disable to get rid of all their best moves helped quite a bit...)
Did anyone else think that Victory Road was far too linear and easy? Normally I spend days, if not weeks, trying to suss it out, but this one was over in a matter of minutes. I just can't figure it out if I like it like this or not...
Kanto is so hard: there's nowhere to traaaaain. What I wouldn't give for a Battle Frontier with exp...

Definitely remove Fire Blast, Flame Wheel and Blast Burn. Teach it Focus Blast, which you can get as a TM from Goldenrod Department store. Its accuracy may be 70, but its power will be immense against Umbreon. Umbreon spamming Double Team will be a problem, but we'll come to that later. Typhlosion really benefits from Sunny Day. If you teach it Sunny Day and Solarbeam, it will be better off taking on water types, SD weakening water attacks and Solarbeam coming off from one hit. If you teach it these two, it reduces Bellossom to nothing on this team, and though it's adorable and you've put a lot of effort into raising it, boxing it will free up room for another type to cover your weaknesses.
Your team has too many ways of conducting water and electric attacks and nothing else. You should decide between your Dragonair and Gyarados. Dragonair is powerful once it evolves and learns Outrage, but that's not until the 60s/70s and I doubt you'd be willing to spend that long training. Gyarados is top-notch as it is, barring Hydro Pump. Gyarados is vulnerable to Dragonite's Thunder, but Dragonair is vulnerable to all of Lance's dragon attacks. When you send Gyarados in, try giving it an X-Speed to outrun Lance's Dragonite and attack first with Ice Fang.
Lugia on the other hand has the stats to withstand a supereffective Dragon move from Lance, maybe with the exception of Draco Meteor. Replace Hydro Pump with Ice Beam, the TM is from Goldenrod Arcade. It's expensive, but worth it. (Not to mention Voltorb Flip is lots of fun.) Remove Fly in Blackthorn and use a Heart Scale to learn Whirlwind. While Lugia is vulnerable to Karen's dark type moves, you can use it against Umbreon once it's used Double Team a lot. While Whirlwind can miss with Umbreon's heightened evasion, if it hits it will switch it out to another Pokemon (fingers crossed Vileplume to Extrasensory it) which also resets its stats boosts to 0.
Ampharos doesn't need Thundershock at all, and Thunder is only reliable if you have Rain Dance set up, and considering you have a Sunny Day Pokemon on your team, they don't go well. Grab a Heart Scale (Pokeathlon prizes Sunday and Wednesday) and teach it Signal Beam. That's another super-effective move against Umbreon, while Thunder can handle Murkrow. If you find yourself missing a lot with it, try relearning Discharge instead. Replace Thundershock with Thunder Wave. A guaranteed Paralysis move will make up for Ampharos' slow speed, and even if they fix it it's a free turn for you.
As for the last Pokemon, either a fighting type or a ground/rock type will do nicely. A pure fighter is more reliable than Typhlosion's Focus Blast, but a Golem/Graveler would really come in handy against Lance's fliers, Charizard especially. STAB Stone Edge learnt at level 49 will destroy Charizard, especially if you learn Rock Polish (Heart Scale or TM) and set up a hefty speed boost. STAB Earthquake is very powerful against anything that doesn't resist it.
Houndoom will really be a problem, especially if it uses Nasty Plot. Like I said before, Whirlwind will negate any stat boosts. Send in Gyarados to Waterfall it.
Sell all the nuggets and stardusts you've collected, and buy up as many Hyper Potions, Full Restores and Revives as you can. Get some X-Items as well while you're at it. When you've lowered your opponent's Pokemon to very low red HP, they almost always use a Full Restore the next turn. Instead of attacking it with the same move and bringing it back to red again, be smart and use an X-Attack/Speed/Special/whatever is most handy and destroy it the next turn. If your opponent has wiped out the Pokemon you need to sweep their whole team, use the turns you have with the rest of your team to use a Revive and a Hyper Potion on that fainted Pokemon while the rest of your team endure hits from your opponent. When they faint, send in that revived Pokemon to bring justice. If the rest of your team isn't effective against them, it's better to put them to stalling use to buy time, even if it is kind of cruel.

And, Thanks for the advice! Though, I haven't really spent a lot of time with my bellossom. I caught it as a level 49 gloom in diamond, evolved it, and traded it to kill Clair's Kingdra.
Cheating FTW. And, I JUST got my eevee from bill. (Yes, fail, I know.
), and now I wish that I had gotten it earlier. Karen's umbreon may be annoying, but it is kickass, and I want a kickass umbreon. 
If only I had remembered Eevee sooner....Right now, I'm saved in front of Karen. I'll be taking some time later to see if I can do anything, and if she kills me again, I'll go train some more. (though, her beast of a houndoom will probably knock out everyone....)

Oh yeah, maybe I'd betetr mention the 'vitamins' you'd want to feed the future Umbreon are HP UP and Zinc and/or Iron. There's NO point in raising Umbreon's speed or attacking stats, it's a tank. Make it really slow and use a move like Assurance or Payback to take advantage of its slowness... It has a far better base SpDef than Def, but you may want to improve the physical Def instead to make it more generally durable, since the SpDef will be quite high even without EV training. Def boosting moves are also useful, but you'd have to breed Curse.
Here's the Umbreon I have now:

Rest would probably be better than Wish, because it means it can recover from status, [and you want it statused for Synchronise] but I wanted a team player.
It can Heal Bell by tutor now, too! Looks like a great option, heal its own status AND the team!
Level up set w/no breeding/tutors? Hmm, well Confuse Ray's always good, Toxic, Protect, Rest, even Attract, Substitute. I wouldn't leave it with Toxic as the only damage-dealer though, especially with those stupid Full Restore-using gym leaders. Assurance is probably the best basic damage move, 100 power if slower. I would NOT use Last Resort due to the low PP.
Taunt-Sucker Punch could be interesting, actually. Probably best combined with Curse and a recovery move.
Definitely want to hold Leftovers or possibly Lum berry [esp. with Rest]

Also, I'm annoyed that it takes 48 BP to teach Kingdra Outrage. After about an hour or two at the Battle Frontier (I suck at anything other than the Battle Factory) I have...24 BP. RAGE!

Speaking of the Battle Factory, higher stages of the Pt one were filled with poor broken Umbreons with Toxic as their only damaging move and you'd hit poison-resistant PKMN, or Last Resort/Trump Card which would run out of PP, and you'd have to get down to Struggle... such a PAIN.

I couldn't be bothered to grind wild Pokemon in Victory Road, so I basically cycled around, playing Voltorb Flip, evolving Pokemon and growing Berries until trainers called me for a rebattle. Rematching the Gyms and trainers is a great way to gain exp, and if you've registered every single trainer on your phone you'll get battles very often.
(Except for that damned Joey who won't stop calling me every damned second to tell me about his stupid Rattata. AAAARGH.)

Meganium - No real point in using Poisonpowder since normal poison doesn't do much overall damage. I'd go with either Toxic if you have it or Reflect (which would make it the same moveset as my Meganium incidentally).
Sudowoodo - Nothing glaring. Might want Earthquake instead of Strength.
Arcanine - I know it has a pretty poor movepool but why Odor Sleuth?
Ampharos - Same moveset as mine, therefore excellent, hoho.
Slowbro - I like it.
Heracross - 3 Fighting moves is overkill. I'd replace at least one of them, probably Reversal.

And My Water type keeps changing. At the moment it's Kingdra, but I am considering Politoed.
And I would love a Pikachu in my team, but i don't want to get rid of my Ampharos...
Actually, I think I'm going to make a 'secondary' team that have some different types in it, and are leveled just below my 'primary' team, so when i'm up against someone i can mix and match the teams.
AND LUGIA, SUICINE, ENTEI and RAIKOU are not getting caught. srsly, 20 ultra balls AT LEAST on all of them at minimum health (I used false swipe) Then I tried again with dusk balls at night but no result. I do get them asleep and paralysed, frozen and whatnot, but they seem to never ge caught! Any help?
Also I just pwned my friend who has a LV.70 darkrai in his team...I defeated him using my Noctowl which has Insomnia, as most of his moves are sleep based. HAHAH.

Dusk ball worked pretty well for me with Lugia, and Quick balls for the legendary dogs, so I can't really help you... Only advice I can give is not to waste your Ultra Balls since the "specialized" balls' capture rates are much better. Lowering their stats also helps with capturing.

I started off (For lugia. I haven't gotten to the others yet) with my ampharos, and I hit it with thunder. That cut half its HP (This was when it was at level 41 or so) and paralyzed it. Then, I used strength until its HP was pretty much at 1. I used Heavy balls and ultra balls, and ultimately, the heavy ball caught it. (which, I'm happy about. Heavy balls look cool
)I'm planning on using my masterball on Suicune. I have no interest in the other dogs. *shrugs*

Well there aren't any trainers on Victory Road besides Rival, so yeah, wilds. It might take an hour or two of grinding, but it's not too hard. Gravellers there alone give over 600 XP, and they pretty much die instantly to whatever water or grass move you throw at them.

That's probably all the Soul Silver I'm going to play. I can't be bothered beating Red fairly or catching all 493(?) Pokemon and I am worried that Pokemon will invade my dreams.

Now I'm training a Modest Gardevoir. Its moves are Psychic, Shadow Ball, Magical Leaf, and Calm Mind. Should I replace Calm Mind or Magical Leaf with Attract? It's a female so I think that would work quite well.

The only time you should pick Attract over Confuse Ray is if you're pairing it with Confuse Ray as an annoyer to stop the opponent from attacking, and Gardevoir has better purposes than to annoy.
Rebreed for Confuse Ray, or if you really have to include one of um, those moves, Kirlia learns Charm at level 45, and it's not affected by gender. It sharply reduces the opponent's attack stat, which comes in handy since Gardevoir's defense is much lower.

I'm also going to teach Megahorn to my Heracross once it learns the move. I would have the Move Relearner teach Night Slash to him if I had any Heart Scales, which are as elusive as the final pieces of evidence Phoenix always needs to prove his cases.

First, multiply the Month number (October for me, so 10) by the date number (20th. so thats 10x20, which is 200.) After that, get your year of birth (1996 for me) and split it in half. (so it's 19 & 96.) Then, add these two numbers together (115) and add that number onto the other one! So my number is 315, so i look up 315 in the National pokedex...
My Birthday pokemon is ROSELIA, not bad, not bad.
I think some pokemon are left out, but thats only some of them. I cant be bothered to find out when it gets past 493...
Back on topic, thanks for the suggestions guys. I think i will try to use heavy balls on Lugia. oh and I have HG so its the Lv.70(?) one. And I'll use quick balls on Entei and Raikou, and i will use a net ball on Suicine. My master ball was used on Ho-oh as I got there, and had 5 ultras, 3 heavies and a quick ball. NONE of them worked, and i hadn't saved in ages due to my excitement (I know, dumb right?)

Apparently, the only way to get Heart Scales in this game is by finding them on the Beautiful Beach Route in the Pokewalker. Either that or trading from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. But even there, you have to go underground.

Level 100 Pickup Pokes apparently have a decent chance of finding Heart Scales. I haven't gotten to that point myself, but yeah.

Gardevoir's really hard to level up though, got it to level 93, killed Red's Charizard with her, gained 4567 experience, and it only filled about 1/12 of the experience bar. -_-
