How can you cheer for the frickin' germans?!? England all the way! There's no place for the germans to gain glory, they were lucky this match that was all.

Anyway, the red card, did anyone actually thought it was one? I certainly didn't think so.

LOL In Australia apparently we have a hotline for people who want to complain about the 4:0 loss to Germany. LOLOLOL. Aw I feel sorry for our team, which was the first to get to South Africa to train, and alas. Poor boys.
Just gonna stand there and watch me burn?
But that's alright because I like the way it hurts

yeah, when I first heard them I was wondering: Are there bees in Africa? Or perhaps a great amont of Mosquitos?
Then someone told me it were "Vuvuzelas"
FIFA should forbid them IMO
I know it is part of their culture yet there are original ones which sounds much better

I was just watching a talk show programme ten seconds ago where they were giving out about them too. Are they really that bad? I don't watch the World Cup so I wouldn't know.

Personally, I don't hate them, the players do. And how the players feel affects how the players play. And how the players play affects how we feel.
Seriously, ask 100 non-South African players, and probably 90 of them will say that the vuvuzelas distracted them and didn't allow them to communicate with their teammates. Believe me, I've seen interviews were a lot of players said that. Actually, all of them.

On to actual news:
WAIT WHAT
Spain lost? To Switzerland? Hmph. Here's your candidate, everybody.
Chile deserves having beaten Honduras 1-0. In fact, they should have won at least 2-0. Bielsa's doing a wonderful job coaching them, and I'm not saying that because he's argentinian. How were we eliminated from Korea-Japan 2002 with him coaching us, and now he's gotten friggin Chile qualified?
AND
South Africa 0 - Uruguay 3? Really? Wow, I wasn't expecting Uruguay to give such a performance this year.

Hahaha France, hope you get knocked out soon. =]

Speaking of the French team, they mentioned the name 'Thierry' in my French Junior Cert exam yesterday, and that name's never been mentioned in previous years' exams.... It was funny when we saw it, everyone in the class all just looked at each other and made a bit of a face. XD

Woah, France's getting knocked out of the World Cup so soon? Who'da thunk! Before the Cup started, I really though that the two teams to pass from Group A (France-Mexico-South Africa-Uruguay) would be South Africa and France. And now it's apparently Uruguay and Mexico :/

Greece's a weird team. They lost to South Korea (hahaha South Korea) for 2-0, and now they beat Nigeria 2-1. So I really don't know what to expect from Tuesday's Argentina-Greece

France can progress, but only if they beat South Africa and the Uruguay vs Mexico match doesn't end in a draw (somehow, I don't see that happening though).

As for Argentina vs Greece, the Greeks are gonna get flattened, I'd say (then again Spain lost to Switzerland, so anything's possible).

Burn it.

And I want an argentinian Diego Armando. After all, his name is based off Maradona (his first name's Diego, his second's Armando), so it makes more sense.
