"I was cleaning the halls when I heard a scream
some kid had pissed all over himself, and it needed off before another kid slipped on it, like you know they would.
So I looked through the glass of the door and saw that defendant there holding the weapon.
after a little bit, the man stabbed the weapon into the victim!
That's pretty much it. Clearer than a crystal mop's bristles."

when he used to be there. He once had a coffee machine that he kept under the desk. He forgot to bring it with him when he left so the coffee machine stayed with the desk. No one knows how or even if the coffee Noah drank was fresh, but he was a coffee nut so he swigged it down. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it, lol.))

The tape opens with Bryce drawing the weapon and assuming a ready stance. The quality on the video is pretty bad, but it is appearant that Bryce is angry about something. There is no audio, but it looks like Bryce is yelling at somebody. The angle of the camera is very inconvenient, as only Bryce and the front of the classroom can be seen.
Suddenly, Bryce stabs the weapon toward the off-camera area, but nothing happens. As Bryce stands at ready for a little while longer, his coat flutters a little due to a slight breeze. Finally, Bryce slices the weapon and steps back quickly as blood sprays onto his coat and the surrounding area. He is seen shouting something as the tape cuts off.
"... Huh..." Hughes said stopping the tape. "Well there you go. Defense? Your thoughts?"
(That tape... the whole thing seemed a little... too perfect.... Well, maybe it's just my imagination.)

The witness never said he looked away! Not only that, but I doubt ANYBODY would look away if they saw somebody being stabbed!

((Yeah, I'm ending the trial. I just don't have time to try to manage it or think about it anymore. Had other things not come up, I have no doubt that this trial would have come to a natural end with the desired end result... But is that mostly because I made this trial semi-easy?... Well... It was fun while it lasted, and I mean that. You all did a great job on this. Stuff got done and we sure had fun doing it!
