They always do that. It's sooo annoying. The US normally has the prettiest box art UNTIL THEY SLAP THAT BAR ON IT. Oh well... Gunna try to get this as soon as it comes out [or before if I'm lucky]. I managed to convince my dad to get it for me if he got enough bonus money, using the excuse that I got in the top ten for my grade level for testing scores, making it sound like a big deal. 8 out of around 500 kids isn't that impressive, but he doesn't need to know that. If he ends up not getting it for me, I will be the bitchiest penny-pincher in the world until I have enough money to buy it myself.

Jesus the voice acting seems excellent. Future Luke, Stahngun and Barton, the only new ones as far as I've got (Barton isn't new, but this is his first speaking role), are excellent. I won't say sexy, of course, but the casting is superb. Specially Future Luke. I never knew Luke could be this epic.
My hopes are very high for this game. Now let me get back to it.

There seem to be some pacing issues, again. It's all moving very fast (hey, anything better than Pandora's Box, though, right?). I've only been playing for about two and a half hours and I already have 9 mysteries and have solved four. One of the mysteries is (no kidding) "London seems to have changed! What happened?" About five minutes later they realize that it's the future London. That was revealed on the BOX ART.
Another thing is that, like in Mystery Dungeon 2, the word "future" seems to be replacable with the word "China". Of course, here there are some more issues about London and so forth, but in general it's not like what past Layton does affects future Layton in the slightest. I'm hoping that'll all be explained, though :3
And there's no primary overarching mystery, which I really liked. On the other hand, Legal is AWESOME and the entire game is full of that Layton magic, randomness and epicness. And the music is just mindblowing.
