Yeah, technically his suit is magenta/wine red, but pink seems to have become his color (be it aprons or jammies). Which is adorable. Also, I do believe he had a pink GBA.

Hmm, yeah I guess Bratworth could count as a bad boy. Actually I guess he is a bad boy in a sense. He does what he thinks is right, regardless of what others say. So...I guess the higher ups in his department probably think of him as a rebel of sorts. (Thinking mostly of Gant and case 1-5.)

Apropos, I've recently started playing the first game again and realized, that Edgeworth actually wasn't as "demonic" in the first two cases as people always claim... It was mainly Phoenix who was extremly biased against him because of what he heard and always assumed the worst intentions behind every word Edgey said. I guess he was never as Karma-fied as Von Karma intended him to be...

Haha, I mostly used the word sadistic as an exaggeration because I thought it was funny. Besides, we love to see him succeed too. I'm sure many fangirls were thrilled when he got to take Phoenix's place as the Defense Attorney in 3-5. (T&T was the first game I played, so I had no idea who Edgeworth was at the time.) Also, getting him declared not guilty and foiling von Karma's plans was sooooo satisfying.
Anyway, I was just thinking. You know how drinking too much alcohol lowers your inhibitions? I wonder what Drunk!Edgey is really like. Does he come out of his Steel Samurai fanboy closet? Does he lower his guard and let his sweet side show?

Bingo. One of the things that made AA interesting for me early on was the fact that Miles was not a stereotypical arch nemesis. He came across to me as a frustrated idealist--cynical and bitter, certainly, but not necessarily malevolent. When we factor in that Phoenix had derived great inspiration from Miles' childhood example, it's easy to see how Phoenix might be a little disgusted with him and let that color his perception. In one sense or another, I've been on both sides of the dynamic between them, so I connected strongly with both of them. Incidentally, as I think about Miles in this context, I'm reminded of Auron from FFX. Something tells me they would get along famously.

It's funny that you mention Auron, because I've been planning to do a Fanart of the Ace Attorney characters cosplaying as Final Fantasy X Characters for some time now. Maya would be Yuna, Mia would be Lulu, Kay would be Rikku, Larry'd be Wakka and Nick would be forced into Tidus' Wanna-Be Sport-Ace Attire by the other characters.
When I tried to come up with whom Edgey would Cosplay, I suddenly realized that Auron wasn't only red and stoic, but also a Samurai.
It was decided then!
Edgey will be wearing world's most sexy Auron Cosplay!... If I ever get around to actually do that pic... XD

HOLY COW I FORGOT ABOUT THAT PIC! The fact that Edgey (and Larry) look more ripped than Nick amuses me for some reason. Then again, maybe you just can't see his six-pack because of the way he is sitting. If anything you'd think Nick would be more fit than the other two since he walks/bicycles everywhere. Then again, we don't really know what Edgey and Larry do in their free time. For all we know they are regulars at a gym. (I'm kidding.) Thanks for the pic. Now I have to try the sprite again. lol Even if his rival is female, that doesn't mean he has to hook up with her. I don't think they'd do that anyway, since Edgey shippers everywhere would converge on their office and start a riot. (I think I've seen him paired with almost everyone; he's like the town bicycle.) Its probably best to leave things to our imaginations, rather than make something canon. (Phoenix/Iris....ARG! She's too damn sweet...)
