The thing about the matter that you need to understand is that my one and only playthrough of 2-3 thus far was when I was at a paramilitaristic boot camp. My day would be like get up early -> get beaten on by drill instructors -> march -> learn something -> get beaten on by drill instructors -> eat -> learn something -> march -> eat -> crash in my dorm with my bffl and play PW. So I was already grumpy and sore by the time I was playing, and I just couldn't deal with Moe some days.

and as i progressed through the case i felt sympathy for moe's bad situation and lack of skill as a clown and started to like him more when i heard that he'll change his ocupation from a bad skilled clown to a potentially great ring master.
the moment i saw max give me the picture that presents him holding his trophy,i knew he wasn't just arrogant but was rather carring about everyone's success and wanted everyone in berry big circus to raise to the top of the world just like him,and towerds the ending of the case.

That also brings me to another point. As someone else said, wtf is wrong with Russel Berry!? How the bloody hell could you let your daughter grow up that way!? It's dangerous, the way he lets her live! She wouldn't even recognize a murderer if they had the words "I am a murderer, fear me!" stamped to their forehead. I'd have to say that my least favorite 2-3 character was Moe. Argh, so obnoxious!! Just about all his jokes were pretty unfunny, although sometimes that unfunniness made me laugh in spite of myself. The worst part was the penalties for pressing him. I always like to hear all the Hold it! lines; I hate having to worry about avoiding parts of the testimony. I wouldn't have been annoyed at him for generally fooling around in court -- heck, everybody in PW is guilty of that -- but the fact that Phoenix paid the price for it was just GRRRR~!!
Overall, though, Moe wasn't totally unlikable (and neither was the case overall!). Like I said, he made me laugh somehow, and he had an implied sort of serious side too. And his smiley on this site is very cute and useful. -->
...Aww, I actually liked Max and Regina! And the other choices on the hate list are neutral for me.

I know this guy isn't supposed to be funny, but when it came to that showdown in the cafeteria with Phoenix saying "They're a weapon of bowel destruction?" and Moe saying "They're in the Café Teary Eye!" I just stared blankly at him and, dead-pan, went, "Phoenix' was funnier." Thinks with her cutness she can get anything, has a really weird grip on reality regarding the world and lacks sense of responsibility. You know, my friend, that still we saw of you holding the statue looked to me like Yes, there was a chance for you to hold the statue and look out of the window, to see who was below you. Also, seeing as how Regina has no sense of responsibility, whatever made you think that your note would work? Like, ever thought of telling Regina that you think she's a stupid bimbo who caused the perma-coma of your brother? (<- polite version) And you're an idiot for not getting rid of the damn statue on your way to the courthouse...C-A
