Migoto laughed. "Awwww~! But you looked so pretty~!" she said with a giggle. She tried really hard to resist the urge to tie up her hair. She always thought it was unruly and stupid so it was always in the ponytail. It has always been a side ponytail because she wanted to be different.

Chase shrugged. "The grass is always greener on the other side. Or, in this case, blonder." He thought about that for a minute, then reflected. He had never had a real problem with himself, possibly because his main interaction with other people was robbing them or running from them. He never really cared about his looks. Apparently, though, he was handsome. "Well, I personally don't care about the way I look. I kinda just go with the flow," he said.

"Wow. I never thought of it that way." Chase opened his eyes and looked back at Migoto. He thought for a moment how insane this really was. Here they were, nursing a gunshot wound and talking about their lives. So out of place, and yet so perfect a moment. "So," he began, "you really want to live with me in my tree back at the Forest? I woulda thought you'd think that was too forward or something."

Chase brushed off his collar and sniffed haughtily. "You know, I once killed a bear with my... bear hands," he said, with a cocky grin. He never actually did that. He was, however, very afraid of amphibians, like frogs and lizards. Not exactly a nature man.

It keeps me happy, and I like being happy. I also love making other people happy too." There was the sound of a motorcycle accelerating and Sylvester's stolen wheels leapt off of the nearest roof, smoke spewing from the exhaust and the very ground it was riding on, skid marks following suit as a result of the bike going from top speed to zero instantly.
The figure riding it jumped off, sprinting towards the happy couple and brandishing a professional medical kit.
"How bad is it?" Sylvester asked, tilting his head as he kneeled down to examine the covered-up wound.

Sylvester reached into the kit box, pulling out some sutures and tablets. "I went to medical school once, but I got kicked out." He frowned, realising how that may have sounded. "I swear it wasn't medical related! Honest. More of a...tiff I had with Mr. Richards..."

Chase took a deep breath. As much as he knew he was right, at the same time, surgery in a dark alleyway struck him as unsafe. But, then, when was anything that he did safe? "Ok, gimme that anaesthetic."

Sylvester nodded, handing him two small tablets. "Swallow them separately and whole." He instructed, fiddling with the bandages around the wound. Eventually they came right off. Sylvester took a wipe and cleaned the wound again, before waiting for Chase to swallow the anaesthetic medicine. "The tablets will stop you from feeling anything below the waist."

Chase nodded and did as he was told. "I really hope you know what you're doing here, buddy," he muttered as he finished swallowing the second pill. After a few minutes, his legs felt completely numb. "Man, this stuff really works!" he exclaimed. "I feel great! Or, I mean, nothing at all. But you get what I mean."

"Let's hope so, Mr. Chase." Sylvester muttered, putting on a pair of magnification spectacles. He pushed the needle of the suture through the top of the wound, pulled it out through the back, and pushed it into the left edge of the wound. Pulling the needle through again, Sylvester repeated this many times until the whole cut had been covered. Now, he tied a knot in one end of the suture and pulled on both. Lastly, Sylvester tied a knot in the other end and cut off the excess, before cleaning the area with a wipe again and placing a large bandage around the healing wound.
"There we go. Tell me, how does that feel? Oh, yeah..." Sylvester inquired, smiling, glad that the procedure had succeeded.

Migoto looked to the side. She felt useless. She couldn't sew up a wound, she couldn't drive... All she could do is shove cookies in Chase's mouth and make him drink juice. That's nothing compared to the pro skills Sylvester had. Maybe she should have quit a long time ago. He definitely was a better leader than her...

Sylvester droppped his phone. He attempted to catch it but only managed to push it further into the air. Eventually he gripped his hand around it and tripped over the medical kit. "I'm fine." He declared, rising and dusting his pants with his hands. "I'll just, uh, yeah..." Sylvester strolled down a perpendicular alley.
