In real life, I rarely speak in the first place and try to avoid ever acting up like a jerk. It's really annoying when someone makes me angry though, but I could never have enough confidence to say anything.

Same here. Sometimes I do blow my top and that usualy gets me into trouble. But it dosn't happen often.

I guess I would be more straight-to-the-point and have low tolerance for arrogance. But I keep it in ever since I got acused for bullying just for calling someone out on their negative behavior. That bloody high school shoved anti bullying down my throat and I'm tired of being treated like a criminal just because I have my reasons for not being able to advocate anti bullying.
Boy am I glad that I am out of high school. But I fear for when I get to college because I REALLY don't want to be in another place with people that press their ideals on me. And for the love of God, why on earth should I be respectful to people who don't act respectful in the first place?

All of us are. You know, the basic; group of friends screwing around with eachother.
None of us take it seriously and we know what topics not to joke and so on,
but I confess we've had a few fights when one or more persons had a bad day.
But you know; good friends are suposed to fight once in a while IMO.
It clears the air and if you guys are that great friends as you think, it won't matter int he end.
But anyway...When I'm NOT around with my friends...Then I try to never be a jerk.
Can't help it; I have a kind and nice personality I guess.

Yeah, kind of makes me wish people would stop forcing apologies off of everyone. No point apologizing when you're not sorry. Besides, I'd rather have someone give me a wholehearted apology than a half baked forced apology.
Like, when some boy accidently flung an apple at my head during school, sure I was angry, but I walked away. The next day the boy saw me and gave me a nice apology.

*snigger* Reminds me of my colleague at work who handles the ticket-sales. She dislikes pensioners because they keep giving her shit when she tells them they have to arrive 30 Minutes before the movie starts to get their reserved tickets.
Now that I think about it, I guess I act as a somewhat subtle (or not so subtle?) jerk towards my mom's BF whenever he's at our place. First time he was here and spent the night, I was openly bitchy - but still in my introverted behavior. Now, I somehow just try (and fail, I guess) at suppressing my bad mood when he's here...
Then again, I'm still nice at such times and generally stay in my room.

I plan on changing that. But I think the first step to overcome your faults is to admit them comfortably (not like "OH I'M SUCH A JERK I SHOULD JUST DIE ALREADY MAN) and then seek some kind of help.
But then again, it's good to be a jerk sometimes.

Well, you can say and admit pretty much everything on the internet because of the anonimity.
That being said I'm no jerk myself. I'm considered to be the reasonable and friendly one among my friends. This excludes competitive and/or intoxicated settings. But normally I get praised by my bosses for how friendly I handle the customers and look like a calm man in the eyes of most people. when I say something that bothers someone else I instantly feel guilty for at least a couple of days, so I normally refrain from doing that.

I have a guilty coinsience, I wish I didn't though. I usually don't like yelling at people to tell them off, even if they may have deserved it. No regrets about that one, he was being rude and I shut him up.
