I'm guilty of that.. Helped a friend who was doing mock trials for the first time by giving her advices that are based on PW (also told her to play the game since..... it will help her with future mock trials

Same with me, even though I know that real law and real legal practice are NOTHING like the games. You can't pull out surprise physical evidence in the middle of a trial. Some real lawyers never set foot in a courtroom during the course of doing their jobs (they advise clients, draft contracts, and/or negotiate settlements).

I do the Ema-Glasses thing from AJ, the Lana-Hand-Behind-Body from RFTA and the Phoenix Paper-Tapping thing when he is in court.
I occasionally do the Edgeworth-Bow from the courtrooms as well...
Also, in an episode of The Big Bang Theory I watched recently, they had an app with a whip-sound on it. All I could think of was

When you spice up the walls of text by voice-acting the characters...and get told to keep it down.
When you go to court to be a witness, lie and try to get out of perjury by saying there's more.
When you expect the prosecution to fill in the blanks to your testimony. (Neither attorney can ask leading questions to their own witness unless demonstrated as hostile to that attorney's case.)
When you become a lawyer because of the PW series and think you can get a case together in a day. And that the trial will start the day after the murder.
