I was watching the old episodes the other day. Curious if there are other fans here. I'm feeling old nowadays when I think of the stuff this show could get away with back then. My favorite episodes are Freaky Fred and The Great Fusilli. What are you guys' favorites and who was your favorite character? For those who don't know it, it's about a little pink dog protecting his owners, an old couple living in Nowhere, Kansas from various villains and disasters.

I loved that show as a kid, and still do.

Fact #1: Everyone's favorite villain is Freaky Fred.
Fact #2: The freakiest villain (aka, the one that caused the most nightmares) is Ramses.

This is the kind of show that I watched as a kid and made me wonder how I turned out normal as an adult later in life.

Ugh. I did not like this show as a kid and even now it still brings back traumatic memories.

That Harvest Moon Spirit......

That said, it was actually rather groundbreaking with all that CGI in later episodes.

I still don't like the show very much...it never really appealed to me. :lana:

Ah Yaragorm I'd been wondering when I'd see you again.

According to The Furry Fandom: The term furry can to any anthropomorphic animal regardless of fur or not, therefore this includes lizards and dragons etc amongst other animals.

Therefore Gardevoir counts and you are a furry not that there's anything wrong with that.

To stay on topic:

I just watched the Freaky Fred episode today, showed up in my recommended's (probably because I watched that theme song link from this topic). It was....unnerving but nowhere near as bad as the episode I remember with the alien chicken eggs and whatnot. Fred seemed like a pleasant enough fellow with an eloquent tongue, if a bit...NAAAAAUUUUGHHHTTTTYYY

I personally remember enjoying the one with the undead movie director con artists myself.
On April 3, 2016, Court Records Forums experienced a miracle upon that day.

God, I loved this cartoon. My favorite episode was the one where Muriel is possessed by an evil spirit that was in her new mattress. It was the first I ever saw, it really... impressed me.

I loved - and still love - pretty much all of the Cartoon Cartoons, save some exceptions.

Oh wow, I saw that episode on CN last week.

...I'm not sure how anyone's favorite episode could not be Remembrance of Courage Past, though
(well, I guess I could accept Last of the Starmakers too, but)

Yeah, I like those too, but the possession one was the first I ever saw, it's the one that immediately comes to mind when I think about the cartoon.

*sigh* I think I'll poke around for some episodes to download.

Guys, I still think the saddest part about this show is that the creator isn't all that well recognized.

This is his website.

Note that he has a phone number at the top.

I'd say that's due to the fact that the only recognizable work he did - this show, in case - is already dead to newer generations.

Damn you Ben 10.

#2: To tell you the truth, I actually didn't watch Ramses's episode until later in life, so I didn't find him scary. Fred was actually the freakiest(pun not intended) when I was a child. Also, a sidenote, please try to stay on topic.

Ramses... so THAT'S the name of Mr. "return the slaaaab" man that was the cause of many nightmares in my childhood.
-shivers- I never hated the show or anything, I remember the episode with Bigfoot would come on a lot, but... man, did that show scare me. I do remember watching one having to do with strangely-colored ducks, but I can only remember bits and pieces of what I watched. For the record I only remember watching the Ramses episode once, but it literally haunted me for years. It's not so scary now obviously, but it brings up bad memories. 8[

You know, at one point, fans made a petition to bring it back a few years ago, but ultimately, Dilworth said no. Kind of sad.
