Unfortunately it won't be released on Bluray, but the website says it will be released on iTunes and other digital platforms (in Australia, at least)

Australia is in Region 4, which also includes New Zealand, Mexico, South America, the Caribbean and Papua New Guinea.
Don't feel so bad, Europe and Japan share the same region!

I'm in the US, so I'll be importing this. I wish it were licensed for North America, but with the state of the anime/manga/general Japanese pop culture-picker-upper industry in bad shape, it's low-risk, high-return stuff that gets picked up. If things were better, I'm sure Nick: the Movie would have been a shoo-in for Tokyo Shock. Now... I'm not so sure. So, I'm supporting any legal English-language release I can at the moment.
**Edit: I just ordered this through chaos.com. Their shipping costs were the lowest of all the sites I checked. There were some problems with the website, but since they have my $, hopefully everything went through OK. I guess we'll find out in a week or two.
