Shigaraki's body is pillowshaded. That is to say, the light gravitates towards the center in an amorphous blob rather than being distributed where the light would fall.
This tutorial should give you an idea what I'm talking about.
On Shigaraki's original sprite, we can see clear patches of light conforming to the folds on his clothing. Whereas here, the light is splotchy and distributed without attention to the light source. Try to fix this up so that the light areas on his front sprite correspond to the light areas on his AAI sprite.
Not related to shading, but his tie needs that clip as well.
