This is quite frustrating and I remember this happening many years ago back when this forum was down. I'm in Australia and could it have something to do with the region; does this problem happen for anyone else? Thanks for reading.

I believe making new accounts the site have been blocked by the AAI2 localisation team due to the massive wave of spambots making accounts and posting, so that's most likely the reason why.

Step 2: Username, Password and E-mail - Unnecensor
Step 3: Verify, Accept and Confirm - Heineken?

I noticed a step you should have included:
That's asking you to log in, after having registered, you need to log in.
Before doing that, though, you need to check your e-mail and see if they sent you a registration message, and you can activate your acount. If you did not get it, then truly, there should be an error of sorts somewhere.
Of course... This is all explained by the site itself, so, sorry for repeating it, I've simply got stomped before for forgeting one of the things above.
I do realize not everyone is as derpy as me though
