Heh, I had Edgeworth's "Igiari!" as my SMS tone for a while.
I'm contemplating of having the Steel Samurai Theme as my ringtone.

- When you read something about/play UMvC3 and repeatedly mistake Phoenix for Nick.
- When you seriously, honestly consider buying an animation program just to make an opening to go with the Steel Samurai theme. And then consider making an episode to go with it.
- When your iPod is littered with AA pics and all of your Safari tabs are on different AA fanfics. Oh, and you go through about 5 of those every day. 10 if you have a ton of free time.
- When you have severe writer's/artist's block and can't come up with anything new at all because your head's stuck in AA.
- When the only exception to this block is AA fanart and fanfic.
- When you barely know any kanji, yet can recognize the labels of Gyakuten Meets Orchestra and the Layton-kyoju VS Gyakuten Saiban OST on sight when you go to a bookstore in Japantown and glance at the CD shelf.
- When you draw DD!Phoenix and DD!Edgeworth on the sidewalk at your high school instead of going to class all day.
- When you buy a 3DS in a color you absolutely abhor just to make sure you have a 3DS in time for DD... even though it isn't even summer yet.
- When your family and friends start to understand your AA jokes and can throw some more at you without having played AA themselves.
- When you can recognize the kanji for Objection on sight.
- When you can recognize the kanji for lawyer on sight and learn how to write that instead of learning more everyday kanji... Like the kanji for yen.
- When you suddenly realize Itachi used a Magatama jutsu in the Naruto manga/anime and start wondering if he broke Pain's Psyche-Locks.
- When you notice the P/E hints even though you don't even like yaoi (though, my excuse is that I used to hang out with yaoi fangirls all day...).
- When you post in this thread even though the last post was made at the end of May...
- When you are about to add more bullet points, but then realize you already wrote a giant wall of text and decide now would be a good time to STOP, thank you very much.
So I finally grew a brain and remembered to give myself a signature... Whoopee.

When Maya doesn't mean a civilization that recently reached its 13th Bak'tun and instead means the Master of Kurain.

When you and your mom (who also is an AA fan) go out to eat and she orders coffee, you smile and say "Yes Prosecutor..."
When you debate Ace Attorney canon with said mom, and get into animated discussions.
After cosplaying as one of the characters at a convention, you still imitate some of their poses.

when you wonder who drinks more coffee :godot: or Captain Kathryn Janeway of the Federation Starship Voyager.

you're stuck in jury duty and you want the defense attorney to stand up, point his finger and scream :objection:
you're stuck in jury duty, but you think "Defense Attorney, Y U NO Phoenix Wright"

you end up solving a murder case in a dating sim and think "WWPD" What would Phoenix do?

When you play a case ON THE ACTUAL DAY the case takes place. (Bonus if you play it at the times the game states)

you snicker at such names like "Wright Way"

Oh, definitely. Mayan? Don't you mean 'Maya'? Oh.. riiiiiight!

When the Wright that first comes in mind is not the Wright brothers but Phoenix Wright.
When everyone's expression is suddenly gif worthy.
When you can think of plot ideas for Ace Attorney right off the bat.
When you "suddenly" find yourself humming a theme song.
When objection, hold it and eureka find it's way in your vocabulary.
When you draw Dahlia/Iris's hairstyle as practice for drawing braids.
When fixative sprays become luminol sprays.
When you imagine an AU of Ace Attorney ( 'bad' -> good, good -> 'bad' )
When you can think of backstories and headcanon for characters. ( I mostly develop on the 'evil' ones. They were not always like that, right? )
When you notice a LOT of girls in your college these days dress their hair like Dahlia/Iris.
When you suddenly relate yourself and others to different characters.
When you load again after you get penalized just once by the judge. ( No comment. )
When you, synonymous to lackadaisical, become a perfectionist.

- When you hear someone with the last name "Wright" being called for roll and immediately look to see if he has spiky hair and/or funky eyebrows while wondering if he majors in art or law.
- When your brother starts talking about Initial D and you sit there for ten minutes wondering when Shu Takumi started drifting... Until you realize, "wrong Takumi". D'oh!
- When "D'oh!" is a reference to Ace Attorney, not the Simpsons.

I really like of your drawings and I'm fond of it so my typo and maintenance would run out slowly therefore, we have many reference about them.

Delayed?
Godot is not just a coffee-addict, he's also a guy who wallows in his own misery. And yet is still liked by people, despite such a giant flaw. I'm all for liking or being able to like a character despite flaws, but when I see people hailing Godot almost like a god...

Well, yeah, in the play Waiting for Godot they are waiting for Godot so he must be delayed.

And on topic: Wellington's ringtone would be perfect for me. It would show my love for Bach and be a sublte Phoenix Wright-reference at the same time!

O-hoh! Let's compare!
:klavier: and :youngmia: Awesome kisser, gives it their all. :phoenix: A little more surprising, an awesome kisser as well.
:maya: Cosy, adorable. That kind of kiss when you both feel like you're on the verge of starting to giggle the whole time.
:franny: Soft and surprisingly warm.
:godot: Competent. Especially since his visor would get a bit in the way.
:kudo: No, just kidding.
:damon: Still kidding.
:lana: A little awkward, but nice and gentle.
Shigaraki: Intimate and mature.
:wellington: HUNGRY!
:cards: Soft, smooth and cold lips. Like kissing a statue but more alive. He knows what he's doing.
:matt: Loose and pretty un-exciting.
Where-the-hell-is-Dessie: Maybe a bit unexpected- very soft and light as a feather.

And the two I had to picture drunk and me as someone else to make the image work:
:edgey: Gentle.
:apollo: Cosy and a bit chaotic, like it's his first time.

I really like those! (And yes, Wellington just has to kiss hungrily.) Maya and Apollo... Those were really cute. And I'm pretty certain, as well, that Max would know what he's doing. And Matt's kisses would probably feel rather... nonchalant? Like "I'm having better things to do right now". Despite being the famous ladykiller.
Awesome kisser-Phoenix... Now, that's interesting! I like it.

When you watch Klavier's fingers in the air-guitar animation and think "Oh, so that's why he's so popular with the ladies...". :rock'n:

And, you know you play too little, or think too much about Phoenix Wright, when you, who got a little surprised when learning that people use to replay AA-cases, because you'd never even think about it yourself, first feel an almost physical urge to play case 1-4, and now suddenly think "Hm, maybe I should play that and that case again" because now when you've played every game you can play (don't know Japanese and don't feel like buying a 3DS) and watched playthroughs of the others (minus PWvsPL because I want to finish at least one Laytongame first) you feel a little down so you have to do something because otherwise you fear you'd implode or something just as horrible. :yogi:

You definitely know that you play too much Ace Attorney when you and your sibling spend more than an hour making up a very... amorous... persona for Apollo Justice, in which he, after having had drunken sex with Klavier, got a highly increased libido and chords of honey, making passes on just about everyone and anyone. And making up all these scenarious when he meets different characters and making passes on them, trying to be very smooth and suave, but mostly come off as rather shady.

-I heard you liked kittens... Mr. Godot. Do you want to make this kitten... *Whispers in his ear:* ...purr?
-You can't see red on white? Does that mean you're seeing me naked now... Mr. Godot?
-I heard you liked big bananas... Mr. Wellington...
-I heard you could play the organ pretty well, Mr. Gant. Can you handle this pipe...?

And, of course, the phrase "Here comes Justice!" fits very well into this scenario.

Well, perhaps when you write down a timeline for December with important dates in the AA-universe just to be sure you won't miss commemorating them (although I missed Glen Elg's murder and the following trial two and three days ago... damn!), then sit and mope for a while because December is a hellish month in those games, and very very much so for my all time-favourites
