Plus... ... ... the flash back scene of him getting accused of stealing the lunch money--the fact that one person (Edgeworth) helping him would affect him so much that he would base his future career off of that. It really makes you think about how big of a difference one person can make just by standing up for someone or giving them a simple hand. I guess I'm also nominating Edgeworth through this.

Its great the way his character is developed by the events of his scarred past to grow into the man he is: the other side of the coin that is necessary in the battle for truth and justice that Phoenix pursues. The most inspirational character IMO is
for me at least. She went from a totally broken girl, relying on those else around her to get through everything and unhappy, to a bubbly, warm individual who is emotionally stable and actually cares. She clearly had a facade, and now it's gone. I hope someday I'll be like she was in T&T. Right now, I feel like I relate to the JFA Adrian a lot. I guess having an example to follow is a good thing...

is inspirational to me, just because he had such a traumatic past, but was able to get through it regardless of all the VonKarma brainwashing and stuff. Now, he fights for the truth, instead of just fighting to get a "Guilty" verdict. Everything ff3girl said sums it up for me. ^_^

Yep! That's pretty much what I was thinking too!
I also find Gumshoe very inspiring. Despite being treated like garbage from so many people and having so little to live on, he still has that appreciation for the simplest things in life, and he cares deeply for the people he loves even if they get really upset at him (Edgeworth in almost EVERY game, and Maggey in 3-3).

Another inspirational character for me is actually Trucy, because she's so outgoing and she doesn't seem self-conscious in any way.
Apollo has inspired me with some snarky remarks, for good or worse. And the "I'm fine" is inspirational, isn't it? Okay, maybe not.
Then there's Phoenix, he's such a no-bullshit guy, and he just goes on and on to help people and be there for them, and it's without second thought, because it's just natural for him. Damn, that is really inspiring.
